Fairly spacious room, good location. No bathrobe. This is a fairly large hotel so it is somewhat impersonal. The decor is fairly traditional but the rooms are decent sized with comfortable beds. Bathroom had the requisite toiletry items but the water pressure in the shower could have be stronger.

It was very comfortable and convenient. I was only there for one night. The room was very comfortable and had a great location in DC. Hotel staff was very helpful in getting transportation and with luggage.

This hotel had it all! Gorgeous lobby, beautifully decorated large room, great location in the heart of D.C. and excellent service from beginning to end. Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again if I travel to D.C. in the future.

Washington DC had record high temperatures during our stay. Thanks to the hotel we still had a great vacation. There was always a dispenser of ice cold water with lemon at the front desk when we would return after a very hot day of sight seeing. The rooms are awesome - quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel staff is very helpful. Family friendly restaurants and the Metro are a short walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Given a choice, I prefer Westin Hotels, but per chance I booked this hotel and now it is my favourite hotel in D.C. Beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable and beds at this hotel rival Westin's ""Heavely Bed"". The lobby is stunning and the Club Floor facilities on the 2nd floor are to die foor including private club floor lifts on the ground floor.

Bell hops, were very nice. The restaurant servers were helpful and kind. The woman making omlettes at the buffet table was very attentive and kind. The gentleman who worked at the concierge area was not very friendly. His demeanor was quite rude. The room we had was nice and sunny, although was very noisy with street sounds. I thought some of the front desk staff needed a refresher course in customer service, but the bellhops and doormen were friendly and helpful. The concierge older guy seemed to be struggling to smile or be cordial. It was all business.

Within walking distance to many of the area attractions. Valet parking cost $35. The hotel was very comfortable with nice bed linens and friendly staff. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. A Starbucks near the lobby area made mornings very convenient. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to friends.

Comfortable beds. Paying to park. Great location, clean rooms andvery quiet. The beds are outstanding. If you drive, you'll have to find a parking spot on the street. Otherwise you will shell out $25 to park in the hotels garage.

Good location, overall amenities. Room was not cleaned when we got there at midnight so we got a regular room. We stayed again a few days earlier, requested a Junior suite, and they gave it to us. Had a problem with the parking garage - were supposed to have in/out parking privileges until 5pm the day of checkout, but parking garage did not honor. When we returned a few days later for our second stay, I explained it and they removed the difference from the current bill. Clerks were certainly trained to be customer friendly - not always super-knowledgeable, but definitely had the right attitude.
