Spacious rooms. Small, crowded, and difficult to find pool. The lobby was beautiful. The check-in staff and the concierge were both very pleasant and helpful willing to patiently answer any questions. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Room service was prompt and the food was excellent. The pool was small, crowded and difficult to find. There were more children staying at the hotel than we had expected. We used video check out and it was completely hassle-free.

Wonderful decor. There was a noticeable lack of shopping and sundries available. I liked the hotel it was vary nice. I was disappointed with the description. I thought it was attached to a shopping mall. It was in fact across the street from a very old and dirty mall that was under going renovation. Had I know this I wouldn't have spent the extra money to stay at that hotel. After the fact I would definitely not have stayed there.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, stylish rooms. I expected the bath area to be a little more spacious. Grand. We felt like royalty in the extremely comfortable bed, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Its high quality and proximity to I-75. The Bellman was not attentive enough. Great quality at a great price.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The maid never returned to clean the room after I told her to come back later. Overall the hotel was very nicely appointed and a friendly staff. It worked very well for us. We were there on business and it suited our needs perfectly. The staff had a list of local restaurants which was very helpful. A great hotel and I would recommend staying there again.

The hotel is only 15 min from downtown and the about 10 minis from the train station. TV is too small. This is a 4 star hotel and I would have expected a better breakfast. I stayed at a the Marriott and there breakfast was way better than the Renaissance but the Embassy is the best because it is complimentary. The bedroom was your typical bedroom although the v was small they should have just placed it on a desk instead of an moire's I decided to check out Leno Mall but was upset when I found out that the Renaissance is outside of Atlanta. Leno is a good mall to shop but beware of the Gays, I just found out that was where all of the gays hang out, which explains why there were so many.

Wonderful experience after having a terrible experince in a Philadelphia Sheraton, the week before. This was such a lovely hotel and so very clean. What a difference. This facility is exceptional.

Located between major family entertainment venues (six flags, aquarium, sports, etc.) It was not/nor should it have been rated a 4-star during our stay (pools not working, major renovations, slow staff, etc.) N/A

It would be nice to have umbrellas around outdoor pool, too hot to enjoy up there. This is a great hotel on the edge of Atlanta. Nice environment and spacious rooms. We were enroute back to FL and had planned to sightsee a bit in town but liked the hotel so much that we stayed in. Pleasant decor and very comfortable beds.

Stayed for one night, with inlaws in 2nd room, to visit my new grandson in ATL. Beautiful rooms, spacious, quiet. Wonderful bed with lots of pillows. My husband appreciated the light-blocking drapes. Good price for this class hotel in Atlanta. Not centrally located, but close to the new grandson! We will stay here again.

Front desk personnel. Coffee shop and cafe needs to open for larger time window. Professional, courteous front desk and bellman. Could not get wired internet access to work even after several calls to tech support. Try to get a room near the elevators as the elevator bank is only on one side of a huge atrium. Less than a mile from galleria and Cumberland malls.

the hotel exceeded all of my expectations and i plan on coming back because my experience was far more superior than any i have stayed before only problem i wanted to lay down around mid day but the maids made it to my room late so my late day nap was delayed by one hour and half this hotel is a five star not four star hotel. The team work at the hotel exceed everyone expectation that i saw on an extended stay. Moreover, my stay was a splendid experience .

Location To have a king size bed, we were moved to a handicap room with a walk-in shower. I've stayed at this hotel twice so far. Some rooms are much larger and nicer than others.

I really enjoyed the exercise facility. I had a very good workout. I expected the rooms to be larger with a fridge and microwave. Overall, the hotel was nice and the bed was quite comfortable. I had a good night sleep.
