The hotel has been one of the best hotels i have stayed in. You have the relaxing environment as if you were in your own home but with a 5* level of service included.

Weekend in LeedsA very nice appartment with fantastic service extended by the staffJust a few small things that need changing to make this the perfect stay and so without being too criticall, here they are:1, The furnishing an ddecor was excellent however the rooms do need re painting as the usual scuff marks detract from the image-I would not be happy entertaining here as this made the apartment apear dirty when it wasn'tThe shower heads were affixed to near to the wall and so the full benefit of the rainshowers was not apreciatedYou were not given the option of rooms with a bath and when providing 2 en suites it would be sensible to have one with a bathWe styed on the top floor in room 13 and the AC plant must have been directly above us so even when turned off we got the whiring all night from the plant on the roofThe Gym-I amn a big gym goer and like all hotels apartments I necer get the full experience. I don't expect it . But. In a room without any windows or ventilation and NO aircon, I lasted for 5 minutes out of my normal 45 minute circuit. so very diassapointingOveral. A great place that need a few small fixes to make it perfect and unfortunately because of my experience I will not go back, even though it was agreat apartment

Absolutely fantastic - the customer service was outstanding. nothing was too much to ask for. As for the apartment - stunning! The apartment was of fantastic quality and of an ideal situation. The restaurant below the apartment is a great place to go for lunch or dinner as well.

Fabulous hotel. Altough ther isn't a restaurant in the hotel, there are plenty in the vicinity and a grat place called The Restaurant, underneath the hotel, for breakfast! Only problem for us was the parking. There is nowhere to park as you check in , and the car park that the hotel uses is not close enough when you're arriving in wind and rain and so we got a ticket as we were checking in and only after much 'discussion' with the manager, did he give us some money off the bill.Apart from that, I would highly recommend it and Leeds is a great city.
