Excellent customer service. Location a bit out. This was an excellent and well maintained facility. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was excellent, clean and more than expected and the free breakfast wonderful and well prepared. I visit PA a lot, and this has been the best hotel stay so far.

The whole family was in from out-of-state, so we needed lots of space. We were able to get two 2-bedroom suites for less than just 2 single rooms in most hotels. Quiet, carefully designed in a beautiful location, we had access to all the failities, the breakfast and happy hour activities and were still able to entertain family and friends in our suites. This staff has been carefully trained and provides excellent service. Front desk was attentive and right on schedule. Everything we asked for was in our rooms. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Maintenance was quick - we barely had time to hang up the phone. The gatehouse kitchen provided a fabulous breakfast, relaxing evenings. The weather was too cool for swimming, but we found the nearby walking paths just right for relaxation and exercise. And the location is situated in a interesting shopping zone - malls, strips, movies, restaurants and more. Amenities that make a difference - newspapers, maps, lots of parking, shuttle service, vending, laundromat, patio seating, even sports equipment for the courts. We'll be back.

I have come to expect less and less from any/all service related industries. The room was great but the front desk personel could use loads of help.
