Spacious and clean room, excellent for both short and long stays. Front desk staff was not responsive (understaffed). The room was clean, spacious and had the amenities one would expect from an extended stay hotel. The location is very nice, near the heart of buck head. It's easy to find. Parking was a bit limited though. The front desk was understaffed during my stay. Calls to the front desk went either unanswered or were put on hold for extended periods of time. When finally picked up, I was told once that they would call me back, but they never did.

I was upgraded and my room was huge Excellent staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded to a 2 story penthouse.

Size of room. Drug trafficking in next room (yes, I am serious). Nice place overall. We had a long walk from the closest parking. The activity all during the night was very frustrating and when I called the front desk I was told an employee was staying in that room. Honestly, that unnerved me a bit as I was not expecting to hear that. The breakfast buffet was nice. The location was also convenient but, I did not feel safe for the reasons I stated above.

The rooms were extremely clean and everything was well stocked or replaced by the maid each day. The hotel was easy to locate and the staff was friendly. The buffet was constantly being refreshed so you did not feel rushed as if you were going to miss out. The work out area is small and with no ventilation, extremely funky. Otherwise the stay was excellent and the staff was great.

Location. Room smelled like smoke, although entirely non-smoking hotel. Internet real slow. Pervasive smoke smell. Conveniently located in Buckhead, close to HW13. Friendly and helpful staff.
