Spacious, great amenities, and excellent service. Linens weren't great, and fitted sheet wouldn't stay in place. Lovely spaces the courtyard was especially nice. Our air conditioner was broken, but they fixed it immediately. The kitchen was well-stocked. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Free, close parking is a big plus for Rosemont, too. The hotel offered a free shuttle to our event, even though they weren't a convention hotel, that was unexpected, and very nice. The linens were not great, and the fitted sheet would not stay in place. There was no dresser or suitcase rack, but closet space was generous.

Everything! No restaurant in-house. I was impressed with the hotel. It was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I give it an excellent rating.

Free shuttle to train. Too far from the city. The only thing we really didn't like was the lack of actual room service after a long day of sight seeing we really didn't want to have to walk down the street to get food ordered by the hotel.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. THE BEST AREA TO STAY IN IF YOU DON'T LIKE TOO DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC AND PARKING IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO.

Free shuttle from airport is GREAT - unless you have to wait an hour and then have them claim it's been running - clearly somebody was on break and not making pick ups so we stood for 58 minutes.

We took our two teen-age grand-daughters on a weekend getaway to Chicago and had a blast, our only concern was we didn't get to spend more time at the hotel (just to relax). They had a great hot breakfast bar (different items each morning) and a just what we needed supper bar on M-Th only. The suite itself was great, plenty of room to maneuver around with a modern fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. They even washed our dishes each morning and put them away. The pool and jacuzzi were very inviting. A great place to stay near the airport and the rooms were very soundproof.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our plane arrived before the regular check in the staff had a room ready and allowed us to check in early. The complimentary breakfast and evening meals had a great selection and were very good and filling. More than I expected. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. There are a few places to eat nearby in case you want to eat out. The complimentary shuttle was great. We rode the shuttle back and forth to the airport then hopped on the L-train to take us into the downtown area. Overall it was a great experience and I will stay here again the next time I come to Chicago.

The people at the front desk wasvery friendly. We really wanted a fireplace and only the two bedroom rooms had them. It was a very fun and friendly experience. We wanted the rooms for New Years Eve. We had no idea that we had a hotel this close to our house with a ful kitchen! We'll definitely be staying there again! Also, the staff were just the most helpful and friendliest people!
