The desk clerk at check-in was extremely nice. The hotel is very nice and in a good location for getting to locations in Flagstaff. Friendly staff once at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, however the bathroom was oddly low-quality. Small and with broken floor tiles.

For the amount of money we paid, I was expecting something a little nicer. Kitchen looked dated. Refrigerator smelled. Pull out bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent. The location was great, and the property and rooms were clean and functional. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were lots of selections.

Rooms are spacious; staff are helpful and friendly; continental breakfast and evening social hour made the rates worth it. I appreciated the near-full kitchen. Down comforters make the beds cozy. And very safe. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
