It was more than I expected for the price, very nice They could use help in cooking eggs!!!!!!!!!! This hotel was far nicer than I expected for the price I paid. The staff was very nice and the room was execellent. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would moist definetly stay there again.

The room was fine, like a studio apartment... The hotel staff came two times in the morning while I was sleeping to ask whether I am checking out or not, one at 8:30am, the other 10:30am Overall, it is a good hotel, but it takes more than 20 min to walk to the center of the Strip in Vegas.

We were surprised by the size and amenities of the 'suite'. We have stayed in others that claimed to be suites but this was very nice. It had everything we needed and we will book in again for a longer stay.

The food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is good Its cleanliness impressed Overall experience was good. Did not find any faults all was fine. It was a good comfortable stay the breakfast was excellent front office staff very friendly and helpful rooms were neat with good kitchen washroom was also neat overall it was like home away from home.

We stayed at Residence for 5 days. Everything was exceptional, the pool was clean and quiet, room was huge compared to most vegas rooms for atleast double the price and the free hot breakfast had anything from fresh fruit to hot waffels. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vegas from here on out. There are about 2-3 around the strip area, I suggest staying close to the tram if you don't rent a car.

When I arrived, late at night, there were 2 people at the front desk to help me. They answered all my questions and then some. My ""studio"" room as larger than some regular rooms at other hotels. Very clean and spacious with full kitchen and sitting area. A 5 min cab ride to the strip. Quiet. Would definitely go back.

For the price of a room we got a one bedroom suite with mini kitchen. Great staff, free breakfast and good location.

Large room, great breakfast, helpful service Service at checkout was a long wait. Noticing someone entering the back way by jumping the fence I liked the accomodations there. I liked the space in the rooms which was great for our family. A welcome surprise for tired travelers. Seemed that the staff could have been friendlier.

Overall the hotel was OK. For the price i paid on an average i expected a little better room. The room was pretty old ( old tv, dated outlet, smaller than pictured room). The location was a lot off location than i had expected, it added to our travel time and time spent on cabs. However, the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, polite. Overall i would give 2.5 stars, i had a good time, but not exact value for money. When i booked the room, the description sounded like i was getting modern amenities, i was particularly disappointed with the TV provided, it was a very old cranky CRT when the booking indicated it would be a plasma television. We had a good view because we got the 8th floor, but it was off location and it looked secluded at night. Infact just off the entrance there were some low quality places and folks that were misbehaving, certainly a point of bother for families. I think for the money paid a better more centrally located and modern place was in order.

Affordable, convenient, good value, great free breakfast! Front desk help wasn't overly friendly We've stayed at this hotel before. Both times were very enjoyable. Breakfast is a definite perk - way better than those "continental" breakfasts. Rooms are comfortable, kitchenette is nice and convenient. A great value in Vegas.
