"If your taller than 5'1"" i wouldnt recommend. the shower headis very low and towels were very harsh. bring your own. great for 1 or 2 nights wouldnt stay longer next time beds too hard"

First of all I didn't get the room that I asked for. The staff emp. that I talked to told me that all the king size rooms were under renovations & none were available, the next day I spoke to a female mgr. & was told that was not true. I just didn't like idea that I got wrong info. Won't ever go back there.

We stayed with two other groups. Pictures looked so nice on website but nothing like the motel. The carpets were stained and dirty the bathrooms had mold. And the window in our kids room was backed up to scary alley. It is one the old motels that has slapped some bright paint on but is still an old motel,

There is not enough stalls for the number of rooms. You had to leave your car keys with the hotel clerk over night so cars can be moved as people wanted to leave.

The room's bathroom was TINY.... Soaps not that great good.... Nice Breakfast area.... The beds were not very comfortable you could tell they were very cheap... I set the alarm clock and it never went off.... The quality isnt great.... Neither is the Cust Service... But it's economical..... Kinda far to walk from to disneyland..... It was clean....

Everything, hard beds, bugs. There were bugs in the bathroom and when my daughter went to the office to tell them they gave her a can of raid and said to spray them. Not just one bug but lots of bugs! The beds are very hard in the comforters looked disgusting and were dirty. The morning staff was nice but it was the evening office manager that gave us a can of raid and said to spray the bugs are self.

That our room carpet was wet by the bathroom. It was a good hotel wonderful staff, all stores were close by.

Got very ill from staying there becasue they just painting the room and it wasnt vented out and smelled before we got there which cause us to have headaches and throwing up and there were no more rooms to go to and it was to late to found a place and didnt have money to just go to another place so we left and stay in our car.

I made our reservation online with Vagabond Hotel, they changed ownership weeks later. I was drawn in by the family suite, with bunk beds and 2 queens. I regretted staying here by the first day. When my husband checked in, the guy billed us wrong by like . When we got in the room I was totally dissappointed. We couldn't find remotes for the TVs, there was no clock, and no information about the pool, laundry, WIFI, etc. I've never stayed in a hotel where there wasn't a sheet of information about that stuff. I had to ask for an alarm clock, just so we would know what time it was. The TVs both had horrible reception, even though my husband tried to fix it. My stepdaughter slept in a bed by herself and had a ton of bug-bites, to the point we had to ask them to clean the room better. My husband said he was bitten, too. My husband needed to fax his work time-sheets in, and the guy at the desk told him to come back later. The rooms here are okay, but for the price you can do much better and get MUCH, MUCH better service.

I liked that check in was quick and easy. The hotel was convenient and worth the price. The room across from ours seemed to be getting renovated and the carpet was hanging outside on the gate to the pool. I liked that check in was quick and easy.
