Very clean and modern. No extra charge for in-room safe. Great breakfast at the Tapas bar. Friendly staff. Beautiful old building, very modern rooms. Close to museums, plazas, and metro and RENFE. Used the metro from the Airport to get there with no problem.

This hotel was very nice....kind of modern, but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. We walked to the Prado Museum with no trouble. The breakfast that was included was good...would have preferred nonsmoking place for breakfast.
