My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis. We knew of the great location close to everything and the fine hotel amenities, but we were very impressed with the first class service provided by every member of the hotel staff. The front desk team ensured we had everything we needed and made us comfrotable after our drive to town. The doorman made a fine recommendation for lunch. The restaurant had a well constructed breakfast with superior, fresh ingredients. We will be back!

The concierge was great, as was the room service and front desk and housekeeping. The room was nice, but small and dated. The bathroom was the problem, hair on the wall and marble tiles falling out and poorly repaired. For the price, the rooms should have been excellent. The location couldn't have been better! On my own 1 to 10 I give it a 7.5.
