I enjoyed my stay at the water beach club. The staff was great I loved my room. I was able to relax. It was located right on the beach. In the morning you can walk around the beach it?s quiet and peaceful. The food at the hotel was great. Again the staff was excellent very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get away and relax.

The hotel public spaces decoration is very chic. They should provide TV on demand service. This is a very chic hotel right by the beach. Superb decoration the bar at the roof top level can be very romantic, the rooms even though small are well decorated and very functional. Extremely friendly staff.

While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I would not recommend this hotel to most guests. It is a very trendy, non-traditional hotel that caters to the young and hip. I would not recommend families to stay here. The bed is diagonal off the wall and blue lighting is displayed throughout the hotel. Techno music also blares from the speakers at the check-in. If you like this style of hotel, then you will enjoy it. The pool is VERY small (even though it is on the top floor). The drinks at the bar are very expensive. But, the bed is extremely comfortable with high thread count sheets.

The Water club was very comfortable with great views of the ocean. Rooms were simple yet modern. The staff were very excellent, they were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was fantastic, near shops and restaurants that are in walking distance. The beach was private with staff attending to your every need.

The Wet Club is party central on the weekends with great music, a beautiful view and friendly people to dance the night away! The hotel is on the beach. Days spent sitting under a palm tree, on the beach, with wait staff delivering icy drinks cannot be beat!

The hotel was perfect for what mu husband & I were looking for. Beautiful boutique hotel, could have been in South Beach. Lovely view of the ocean from our bed. My ONLY critique would be no dresser or drawers for underwear, swimsuits, shorts, tops, etc. Staff was very attentive. Quite a few choices along the strip for dining. Pool and wet bar on the roof rocked! We would definitely visit again.

The San Juan Water and Beach Club is a very chic boutique hotel with a great rooftop bar and sushi restuarant. This hotel is perfect for young couples, the rooms are small, no dresser and the beds(which are very comfortable)are the main piece of furniture. The beach is literaly right outside the hotel which is great since the rooftop pool is a glorified hot tub. The entire hotel, including the rooms, have black lights. The staff at this hotel are more than helpful. They go above and beyond, and I left there feeling as though I made some friends. All in all, a very pleasureable experience and I would definetely go back. There are so many great restuarants, explore. Pamela's in the Condado area is exceptional with on the beach dining (im talking sand in toes as im eating) and some of the best Caribean food I have ever had. Take a snorkeling day trip to Culebra and Flamenco Beach, clearest water I have ever seen. Also, if there are not alot of cruise ships in port, Old San Juan and everything in it closes early.

"The hotel is cute and the staff is super friendly. I spent 5 days there with friends for a relaxing vacation. Don't expect a posh experience but still enjoyable. The neighborhood where it is located isn't great, biggest disappointment. "

The San Juan Water and Beach Club Hotel is a $12 cab ride from the airport and world away from pressure, stress and any rude behavior. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Beach was beautiful; beverage service, beach chairs, and umbrellas (the latter two complimentary) were great. Room itself had a king size bed, funky decor and a good sized bathroom. On the top of the hotel where there is a very cool (literally and figuratively) outdoor lounge with comfortable chaises all around the periphery and a small pool to cool you off after laying about in the sun. The hotel uses running water and blue lighting all around the place. The piped in new wave techno music complimented the overall feel of the place. Restaurants served great food and the lounge was fun and welcoming. Location-wise, the beach is right there at the hotel, and yet there is close proximity to Casinos. There are eateries, drugstores and supermarkets all within a few short blocks too. Great place!

The staff was wonderful. We were in walking distance to everything. We were across the street from the beach and a block away from the casino. There was a Walgreens around the corner and a grocery store two blocks away. We walked to different local resturants because the food is priced a little high. The hotel does not offer a private balcony for each room, but they do offer a rooftop deck that we enjoyed almost every night.

Very overpriced. Ridiculous. Breakfast for two cost $38. Rooms small, very cramped. No refrigerator. Mostly for younger crowds. Bar on top floor open to the public, very crowded. Overpriced/ Decor very nice and a little too bright. Not worth it find a condo and have it all to yourself, much cheaper.

My boyfriend and I got the best deal to PR and stayed in this boutique hotel for 5 nights. Basically once we stepped into the doors it was like we were at home (only a lot nicer looking). The staff is AMAZING!! Friendly, down to earth people especially the guys that work the door/valet service. The room was swanky and modern. We didn't mind the no balcony situation because who needs one when the beach is a step away. The overall feel of the hotel was paradise and I would stay again and again. The beach that the hotel was on was great- clean, beautiful, not too crowded. The parking situation was kinda crappy. We parked on the road because valet parking was too expensive, so just get insurance on your rent-a-car. Overall we loved it and would come back solely to visit our new friends at the San Juan Water and Beach Club!!!!!!!!

It was clean, had great views, was right on the beach. It was not very peaceful: loud party music until 2 AM, noisy A/C, low water pressure, difficulty getting hot water. Although this hotel had creative and modern decor, the incredibly loud party in the lobby area until 2 AM was very disturbing. The staff treated us indifferently, and did not warn us that our room on the second floor would be very loud from the first floor party. The fixtures had style, but were not very functional. We had very low water pressure and much difficulty getting hot water. The mattresses were hard, and the minimalist design made the room feel more lacking in luxury than clean and spacious. Overall, more energy went into the modern decor than into making a traveler feel comfortable and rested.

the hotel is really hip and vibrant. this would not be ideal for children the view is great on either side. my boyfriend and i check in, got to the room to find that the shower did not work. the front desk immediatley phone up to our room (gues they could hear the sound of the spewing faucets going off) and upgraded us to suite. 100% better. please bring extra money for parking. it is not included. parking was 20, and no in and out allowed. this was the only disadvantage. the top floor has a nice decor- bar, lay out mats, pool and an awsome view of the ocean. almost forgot, the hotel plays relaxing ocean music on the overhead which can be heard while in the room. this is okay in the am, but when your just getting in around 2am you dont want to hear anything. the wait staff for brunch is wonderful, and the front desk reps are really nice. the know all of the hotspots and good places to eat. overall, the hotel is really nice for young vivacious couples

Great after hours and weekend scene. Rooftop deck with live DJ, bar and sushi. Located far from "tourist" appeal of San Juan, but great for weekend/party scene. Maybe not located in the heart of tourist appeal of San Juan, The Water Club (and surrounding area) is the hot spot for weekend night life. The rooftop deck, live DJ mixing all genres of music, sushi and bar is only the beginnings of this hotel's "coolness." The decor and ambiance, the friendly staff and waterfall walled elevators will make you think that you're in a hip club in Miami beach. A few steps from the front door, spend the day lounging in chairs under umbrellas supplied by the hotel on the best stretch of San Juan's beach.

"A great little trendy hotel right on the beach. The atmosphere was great and the rooms were very clean! The staff was very friendly. X the doorman was the nicest man I've ever met! X from the gift shop was amazing. The concierge were always helpful with making reservations to restaurants and giving us directions. The service was great! A great place for people under 40 couples/singles. Its near the airport, near Old San Juan. My only complaint is the airconditioner to the room wasnt powerful enough! I would go back!"

This hotel is very funky (good)I appreciated the contemporary style rooms and the staff was phenomenal. I was disappointed in the beach very dirty and very crowded after 1:00 pm .FYI in order to enjoy the beach you must arrive early. Had a great time alone and will return alone!
