Seasons Heritage Melbourne is one of the newest property in town. very fresh and modern, it offers excellent quality and service. On site car parking (charges apply), gymnasium and a meeting room offering lot's of natural light are also available at this property. This is a strictly a non smoking property. Highly recommended and very comfortable. SS0309 The Studio rooms include a Queen bed only. Rooms are medium in size and are have a modern and fresh feel. The Studio include movies on demand Tv channels, broadband and wireless internet access (charges apply), kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities. Nice comfortable rooms, perfect for the leisure or business traveller. The property is a brand new apartment style hotel located on St Kilda road (southern end) right near Albert Park lake. It is near the Belgium Beer garden and Wesley College and is walking distance from the Alfred Hospital. The CBD is only a short tram ride away (tram numbers to the city 3, 5, 6, 16, 64 and 67) and in the other direction, St Kilda beach is also very accessible. Chapel street and South Yarra are also not far away. Melbourne's Tullamarine airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. The contemporary restaurant is medium in size and has nice neutral colors. It is in the beautifully restored heritage listed building which is part of the hotel. The restaurant and bar is located on the ground floor. 24 hour room service is also available. The restored heritage building is at the front of the property with the modern new building just behind. Nice contrast between the 2 buildings.

We were on a discount rate for one night and did not use any of the facilities; however, the room was very small with just room enough to walk around the bed - the bathroom was a good size, there was no DVD Player which I thought was unusual; otherwise all was good. We would stay again on the discount rate but would expect more for the full rate.
