I liked the room, it was like a suite, very comfortable bed too. I wished they would have provided more coffee in the room. I liked this hotel so much I will stay here the next time I go to Chicago. The front desk was helpful and kind, the restaurant was beautiful, the room was awesome, the bed was perfect.

I always enjoy Sheraton's perfect sleeper. See review. The Sheraton gateway sets are convenient to hare airport and a shuttle ride is able from the bus station at hare at door 3. It operates every 20 minutes. The rooms aren't luxurious, but are tasteful, most especially the bedroom. The plasma TV in the living room and bedroom is a nice plus. The Sheraton gateway sets prepared me a 0 balance receipt to more easily check out. I gave my key to the front desk and figured I was set to go. Later, I found out that Sheraton over charged me on incidental expenses that I did not use. Now I am waiting for a refund. Make sure you get a final print out of your folio when you check out and closely examine it.

Bed linens and pillows. Decor. I liked that it accepted pets and the rooms were quiet.

The bed was the best bed I have ever slept on. It takes about an hour or more to get to the city from the airport.

Suite was very impressive being very roomy. Also, bed was very comfortable. When we asked about the free continental breakfast at the front desk they said no. Very clean and I would stay there again without hesitation. Hotel staff could be more friendly.

Nice bar, curious staff and safe parking. First room was smoky, but the staff moved us to the top floor, excellent room!! Fantastic value for the money. Am going back in 3 weeks.

Enjoy the Suite, pool ,whirlpool and sauna. We did not received a King size bed and had to pay $12 for parking. We felt the staff did not want customers. However the Hotel is 3 stars. We had a pleasant time using the pool, sauna and and whirlpool.The Hotel is a beautiful place.Also, the Suite is comfortable area.

Proximity to O'Hare, free shuttle to airport. Cost of parking. The suite rooms were large and nicely appointed.

This is at least the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, and we deliberately select it when booking a package for a Chicago weekend through Travel on line the hotel room quite comfortable, and we enjoy having a separate sitting area from the bedroom. It is a good place for us to visit with our Chicago family. We have always found the staff courteous and responsive to our needs. The last few visits, we have not bothered renting a car. The shuttle takes us back and forth to the airport, and we have also used to to take the train into the city. We feel it is a great place to stay at a great price.

this was my first time here....the room was very clean and nice....staff was great...room service prompt and polite....dinner was huge.....lol..........and best of all....the bus driver who took me to the airport was fantastic.....he helped me out a lot since I don't travel much and was alone...perfect stay..thank you.

I loved the home like feel and the interior design of the room. Magnificent! Wireless Internet was not free. For those that are not here on business, free would be nice. The hotel was true to it's pictures; very nice interior and amenities. Although I guess you have to make your money when you are near the airport. The room was nice and comfortable, and I would choose this hotel again if I had to fly out of O'Hare or visit the Chicago area!

Excellent suite arrangement. No free internet access. The hotel was a very good establishment. The indoor pool and hot tub were a little cold, but otherwise they were clean. The room was excellent, and for the price, we did not expect a full suite with a door to separate the two halves. There was a double size sofa sleeper, which was perfect for our child, and a king bed in the bedroom. For some reason the higher rated hotels refuse to provide free internet access, while the lower rated hotels all provide free internet access, so until I find a hotel greater than 2 stars that consistently offers free wireless internet access, I¿ll always complain about that. If you're paying top-dollar for a room, there's no reason the hotel should nickel and dime you on add-ons!
