20 min by Hotel Bus to Center of Rome. Buses run frequently. Dining at Hotel is pretty pricey even for breakfast. Facility was clean and safe. A bit away from the center of Rome so you had to make sure you kept track of bus times to and from hotel. Staff was helpful and spoke English well. TV was terrible. Only 2-3 stations in English. Intenet service also pretty expensive 11 Euro/24 hours ... and not very fast.

Very clean and spacious hotel close to Downtown Rome. Located in a very inconvenient location for tourists with no easy access to public transportation. Good hotel for in a decent location. Located far from the major tourist attractions of Rome, but the hotel provides a free shuttle to Downtown Rome.

This hotel is almost like a self-contained resort, with the added plus that you have the great city of Rome to explore as well. A fantastic combination.

An ice machine was available (in Italy). Could not put your own food in the frigobar. What a relief to experience true American comfort after two weeks of staying in tiny rooms with tiny showers. The breakfast buffet was superior. Not too far from the Metro stop.

It was what I expected from a four star hotel. The courtesy bus into Rome was great. Extra cost of Internet in the room. It was very difficult to walk to the Metro stop.

It was very big and had many amenities. Some of the staff was rude. This hotel is huge. It has a spa, a bar, a restaurant, a store, a computer lab, etc. The rooms are nice and the entire hotel is very clean. Some of the staff was quite rude, but the waiters in the restaurant were very nice. It’s far away from any sights but not too far from the subway (unless you're walking).
