The Sheraton Saint Louis was a pleasure to stay at. The room was very large with high ceilings and beautifully maintained and spotless. There was a couch and coffee table to relax on and a well designed desk to work at. The building architecture and front and side artwork were outstanding. It is in short walking distance of Union Station and across from the metrolink. A very short drive to Washington Avenue and to the Arch. Only about 10 minutes drive to the Art Museum and Zoo where you can lunch at the boathouse all part of Forest Park. Maybe 15 minutes to Science Center and you can shuttle from the airport, but I would rent a car.

This hotel was excellent. We plan to stay here for all stays in the St. Louis area. I highly recommend this hotel to others. My only complaint is thecost for self-parking.

Location, convenient and very nice common areas. Poor cleanliness in room - mold growing in bathroom, dirty corners, toilet bowl and carpet - broken down furniture as well as old mattress.

Spacious room, Olympic size swimming pool. Charge for in room internet connection. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. It is centrally located in downtown, close to the interstate highways, public transportation, Science Center, Zoo, and Gateway Arch. I don't think we could have been more pleased with the location. The hotel staff was friendly. The Olympic size pool and the roof top lounge area were a real plus. Our only complaints would be the number of children who were left unattended to roam the hotel, including the lounge area. This, of course, is not the fault of the hotel, and the fact that there is a fee for internet connection in the room. However, free wi-fi is available in the lobby. Overall, this hotel more than met our expectations!

this hotel is really nice. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a queen pull out couch. It ended up being a suite and my 19 year old son had a separate room from me. Really great. The hotel is located right across the street from metrolink and we took i from the airport. So convenient, clean and SAFE. It took about 20-25 min. to get to airport. This hotel is located in a central place downtown and easy to get to Busch, union station , Arch etc. The staff was great...Wifi in lobby first night was down and they gave us intranet in our room for 24 hours at no charge. I think the full service restaurant was being renovated so check on that if that matters to you. We grabbed a quick bite in the lounge...pizza...not that great and we ate breakfast buffet in lounge and that was good. Very well=taken care of, nice experience.

The people were very friendly and helpful. That you had to pay for parking as a guest. The hotel was very clean and attractive, the only thing I did not like about our room was the slight smell of mildew in the front area, as long as the A/C was on, the smell was nonexistent, but other than that everything was very pleasant. My mom, sister and I were very happy with our stay. The attendants were very helpful, and extremely nice. when we got there we were greeted by the csr and she upgraded our room from standard to a suite with the view of the gateway arch, it was great! That is one place I wouldn't mind revisiting, with the exception of having to pay for parking as a hotel guest.

New and clean and charming lobby and room decor. Nearly $11.00 per day for use of Internet connection. Very well decorated and impressive lobby, desk personnel are very helpful and sincere. Rooms are very large and very comfortable fluffy bed.

Location to Scot trade center. Over priced parking. Very nice and large rooms. Like the convenience to the arena. Hotel hallways were clean of trays, etc. which is nice and not always the case.

Good location in downtown Street Louis. First room smelled of smoke although it was a non smoking hotel. Staff reassigned us to new room. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms, plenty of seating in room besides bed. Bathroom was dirty, tub stained, appeared to not have been cleaned. This is an adequate hotel close to the Scott trade center and union station as well as the metro link but little else. The only places to dine are either at the hotel or walk the 2 blocks to union station. Otherwise, nothing else is nearby. The staff was friendly and corrected the mistakes on our bill with little trouble. Shouldn't have had the mistakes but that stuff happens.

Was in St Louis for a small convention held at Sheraton. Found hotel very clean and comfortable. Prices at restaurant seemed a little high for quality of food, although the food was good. Hotel was in great location with the Metro right across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Within walking distance to Union Station for shops and restaurants. Had no problem with parking at hotel and charge was $12 a day for self-parking. Did a riverboat cruise and visited the Arch both great activities. Checked out early and visited St Louis Zoo, another great experience! Ate at a Steak N Shake right near car rental area, enjoyed the burger and shakes were delicious! Overall had a nice trip and would recommend staying at the Sheraton.

The bistro restaurant was nice for lunch. Dead bug in shower. Friendly staff makes up for hotels many short-comings. TV not working properly upon arrival, electrical hook up in desk not working, and dead bug in shower, all was bad. Conveniently located though, just had to pretend you were camping part of the time and pool closed less than one week before arrival.

It is a great hotel and I would stay there again. There was nothing! The Sheraton is an excellent hotel and I would recommend staying there to all of my friends and family. It is conveniently located between the Union Station and the St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium and it is in walking distance of many things to see in Downtown St. Louis. This hotel is great and I will stay there when I go back to St. Louis again. Staff is friendly and nice and they make sure you are having a good stay.

Large bathroom. Out dated room furniture. Room was more than adequately large but was very dark because of no windows. The room seemed to need upgrading, especially with the furniture. The bathroom was very nice with new features and more than adequate space.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. Location is ideal. The room was hugh... we had a large sitting area with pull out sofa, sink/refrig, tv .. there was a double sink area along with the bathroom and the actual bedroom with 2 queen beds was large enought to have a reading area.. Perfect for entertaining after a business meeting or a wedding reception.. The one concern I have is the value... Friends stayed in another downtown hotel and received free breakfast, long distance calls and even a cocktail at night.. At the Sheridan, you paid for everything..

The room was large, clean, with a comfortable bed. I didn't like that the only parking was for $17 a night if you parked yourself. The hotel was nice and relatively close to the ballpark. The room was great with the only thing that was not the greatest was the parking situation. The staff was friendly and helpful.
