Convenient Downtown location. We requested a single room and specifically stated that there were 3 people. We were given a room with one bed and no alternatives. Very poor customer service. When we got a single room for 3 people and the room had one bed, we were offered a cot and quoted a $20 charge!

Great locations! Parking was expensive and not validated at the hotel. Excellent! I have recommended that my friends and family stay there when they are in Pittsburgh!

Great location for Pittsburgh. A little bit grungy in the bathroom, dirty vents, shower curtain stained, mold in shower grout, chipped tub, hair stuck to ceiling - needs a cleaning. Great location, lots to do within walking distance and nice outdoor deck with view of downtown.

i really liked the location,it was right on the river and we were able to take a short boat ride to to pnc park the parking ramp for the hotel,i was charged an extra 16 dollars to stay there the hotel was very nice,the staff was friendly,location was great,only thing that my group and i didn't like was the parking,but hey i figure we saved more than 16 dollars on the rooms anyway,so we still were ahead

Great location, lovely lobby and lounge area. Needs renovating, cleaning staff is inefficient. Located in Station Square it's a perfect location for access to Pitts sporting events. Plenty to choose from as far as restaurants and bars all within Station Square. This is a very safe and clean area also. The lobby and lounge areas are very nice, and some rooms have a great view of the river (my view was of the parking garage).

The comfort of rooms to share with others was great! The showers were rather small. Sheraton hotel was a great hotel. The area that it is located in was awesome. It is near many things in the city.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay if you plan to party in Station Square. It is conveniently located near plenty of bars, restaurants, and the gateway clipper.

It's right across the river from downtown Pittsburgh. The room was dated and not nearly what I would have expected from a 3.5 star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The public lounge area and bars was nice. It's location to downtown was great. Parking was very expensive (16.00 a night) and the room in no way would meet my standard for 3.5 stars. The decor was very dated room was dark and some what dingy. I guess for what we paid it was okay before you factor the added price of parking. I stay at Sheraton's often and tend to really like them. I would not return to this one unless the price was really good. I would rate it 2.5 stars max.

The hotel itself was lovely, service was great - but the walls and doors were paper thin, so we heard EVERYTHING going on outside of our room, as well as in the connecting rooms. Other than the noise factor, the hotel was a good deal with a fairly good price for the area of Pittsburgh it's located in.

This is a great location, easily accessible to all areas. Great night-life. If you are going to a Pittsbutgh Steerlers Game you MUST stay here. Take the ferry to Heinz Field. We look forward to this trip every year!!! Pittsburgh Rare is a great restaurant. Eat a delicious buffet breakfast at the Hotel restaurant before the game!!!

The room was the type which are comp'd at casinos. Paper thin walls and the locking devices were loud and disruptive for sleeping. The air conditioning didn't seem to work as I felt like I was in the sauna, the humidity dripped down the windows. Then the other Guests on the floor deciided to have aparty in the hallway starting at 2 am till 4 am. Have to question the the type of people that stay there. Repeteitve calls to the front desk was a waste of time and security was not able to resolve the issue. I would have rather had a good nights sleep than the $100 reduction in the room rate. This is one hotel I will never stay at again

We stayed at the Sheraton Inn at Station Square after attending a concert at Heinz Field. Our room was on the 5th floor (river view) and was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There is so much to do within a short walking distance. Despite a train passing by often, the sound did not disturb us at all during the night. The hotel was very quiet after 11:00 p.m. and we had absolutely no complaints whatsoever! You can check out by using the tv in your room for quick checkout. It was a wonderful experience! We will definitely return to the Sheraton.

Location. Parking. The Sheraton is a good hotel at a good location. It has boat access to Heinz Field for football games, it's an easy drive to get into downtown, and it's at the bottom of the incline. It doesn't have good parking. You have to pay extra to park, which if you use their lot is ~$16 a day.

The staff went over and beyond for us. The hotel was wonderful and definitely exceeded my expectations. Considering that is was a very busy weekend and the hotel was sold out, the staff was extremely patient and very accommodating. They fulfilled every single one our requests with a smile.

It was clean, beds where good. The security staff was up our within 5 mines of getting into the room. The hotel was great. We got the room for a bachelor party that happened in the Southside of Pittsburgh. Afterwards we came back, which caused the only issue we had that night. As soon as we where in the room, the security guard knocked on our door and told us to keep quiet, we literally just closed the door when he knocked on it. I guess he didn't realize that door was open. This is a hotel next to the largest bar area in the city. On a Saturday night it is known as a drunk tank. Only caution I have is that they have weddings there, so you might get yelled at for making noise.

Had a whirlpool, sauna, and fitness room along with indoor pool. No keys on the lockers in the pool area. It was very enjoyable. The room was a little small. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable to questions I asked. Warm shuttle drivers that let you know what spots to see. I'd stay again at this hotel.

The hotel was great in many ways, it's just the people who were staying there that made my stay unpleasant. Loud talking and shouting in the hallways - all hours of the night; continual door slamming - as if they were at home. The first night I had perhaps 1 hour sleep - if that. Had to buy earplugs in order to sleep the next night. The public needs to learn -- there's an etiquette to travel, and in hotel living. YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE STAYING THERE. And how about losing some weight?
