There was not enough parking for the amount of people there. We took our 15 year old nephew with us and he used the fold out queen size couch. The couch was in poor shape the springs which held the mattress on were broken. They did move us to another room even though the hotel was full. The staff were very nice but something needs to be done about the parking.

We mainly stayed there to shuttle to the airport, but they also took me to Walgreens to get some items. We liked the atmosphere, and the food service in the bar area was as good as any restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Location and staff ere great! Little outdated. Great location for football at ray jay and for airport. For weekend getaway everything close by and free parking a plus.

Living and bed room Suite. Later. Very food for me but if with a companion, extremely not acceptable. Clean carpet. Speed water in restrooms. Speed elevator. Make ice and vendor machines available on all floors at each end of floors. Staff at desk and housekeeping was extremely helpful and should receive on-spot reward of at least 100$ split at next staff meeting. They explained all putter, foods, directions, etc., all with smiles and genuine service for me. I will send 100$ if U let me know. I landed and arrive before time. They got me in accommodations hours before required. Exceptional service. Do remove and replace the carpets.

Close to the airport. The workout facilities were not available. Would stay again but would have to make sure all the renovations were completed within the hotel. I thought the restaurant and food in general was subpar and way overpriced.

A very friendly staff. A little old fashioned. Although a little old fashioned as far as furnishings, it was a comfortable stay with a very friendly staff.

The location is near shopping, nice restaurants & the airport. Rooms need to be refurbished now! The rooms were run down & in need of major work to be worthy of a typical Sheraton Suites quality level. The plumbing was old, shower & bathroom trim was rusty & the carpet was old & dirty. Numerous items needed work during our stay.

The van service and drivers were very helpful and always ready to take you where you needed to go. Thanks. It only had a indoor pool. Great staff, all were very helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. They couldn't do enough to make sure you had a great stay with them.

For the amount of money paid per night we were stuck in a corner room next to an exit. The lady at the front desk had trouble even locating a room for us. The atrium is beatiful and we would have liked to have looked out onto it. The room left much to be desired. The sink leaked and the toilet clogged. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Someone from maintenance came in my room ( very early)without announcing himself to see if we had a sink running. The resturaunt was great and the staff was very friendly there.

The location. Dirty, unfriendly, bad experience. The staff was unfriendly and the room was not clean. There was a leak in the kitchen part of the room on the ceiling. No one seemed to care about our treatment.

Location to airport. Inconsistent parking policy had to leave car at a paid parking lot. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel could be beautiful with some remodeling. It appears the current owners of the hotel due not feel that remodeling/updating (bathrooms particularly) are a priority. The general manager was professionally rude until she realized I was a Starwood rewards member and quickly changed her tune, it was almost comical.

Very nice and clean. Charged for internet access in room. The hotel was very nice and convenient to I275. The only gripe I have is they charge $13/day for internet access in room.

Big room with lots of space for kids to run. Room is kind of old and small bathroom, pillows very uncomfortable. I won't pay the full retail price for staying in this hotel. Overall the room is big and spacious but the bathroom is small and old. Even they have lots of pillows on the both beds but I just couldn't find the one is usable. Every pillow is worn-out kind of flat which is very uncomfortable for my neck.

Our room was a very generous size...just what we were looking for with a 1-year old. We had a large bedroom with plenty of room for his Pack-n-play, plus all of the living area. The decor was a little dated and could probably use some work, but it was very clean and well kept. We stayed to go to the aquarium and Busch Gardens and both were easy to get to, and in addition we went to the mall right down the road and found lots to eat closeby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel with the exception of the front desk staff. They were not friendly at all and acted like we were bother them when we were checking in. Overall, this is a nice hotel.

Although the room was much lower than Sheraton's posted rate, it still was not a good deal. The rooms are old and in need of a lot of upgrading. The first room I was given had a broken A/C, so I had to move to another. The two rooms that I saw both had large stains on the carpet, and both smelled like mildew. I wouldn't stay here again.

This is actually a nice hotel, with everything centered around an atrium. The room are nice, spacious with a separate bedroom and a living room. The cleanliness was average. The restaurant was limited and the bar never had anyone in it. The one thing that is the reason I would never go back unless it changes is, the rooms were cleaned and either an air freshener or the cleaning products they use left an absolutely AWFUL smell in the room every day. I mentioned it to the management and even left a note for the general manager. This has absolutely got to change before I would ever stay there again. I had to leave the window open and leave to get rid of it.

My stay strated with key cards that wouldn't work had to be recharged twice at checkin and two more times during the week. Rooms had stains on the walls and curtains, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Housecleaning staff was rude to my wife and either could not or would not speak english. felt very uneasy around staff.No activities for family other than a pool.Restaurant in house was very expensive, Restaurant next door (Charlys)very good life saver. Not likly to stay here again

Help nice. WhenI called hotel phone person said the shuttle went to my airport , but then reneged on statement. Room smelled of mildew. This hotel was under construction when I visited. I had jack hammers going all 3 days I was there. No pool available. Room smelled. Lied to me on the phone about where shuttle would take me. If I ever stay with this hotel again I will get the promises in emailed with the name of the person who made the statements. This ended up costing me an expensive taxi ride to the airport!

Close to main highways. Dirty room, sticky floors, horrible sheets, very old not worth price. I believe this was anold embassy suites hotel by the looks of it. The carpeting was very dirty and sticky, windows were extremely dirty, dead bugs, bees, etc on the window sill, bed covering looked nice, but sheets were horrible, expensive breakfast buffet. Aside from having to wait 10 minutes at least for an elevator!

The lobby/atrium was beautiful. The room was pretty clean. The hotel does not have complimentary breakfast or e-mail; a little annoying. They charge you over $10.00 for both of those services. The hotel was in a decent area safety wise but didn't have much to do in the immediate area. However, it was extremely close to the airport!
