Enjoyed this hotel. Did not like getting to our room by the way we did. Not having a key to get in the outside door was not convenient. Everything else was good.

Great location. Small dingy rooms. Older hotel that needs to have the rooms refurbished. Too hot.

Was nice looking in lobby - front desk worker good at check in Maintainer & night Manager not efficient with handling problems. Hard to get from interstate to hotel, felt like you were driving in circles. Had a fire alarm go off at 5am, had to evacuate the hotel because no one knew what to do and front desk person had not information from manager whether we needed to leave the building, we decided to leave the building since know one knew. Had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes. Manager on duty was lost on what to do. No one was telling people what to do. Fire department arrived and checks out the situation but manager tried to not let them. Was finally decided it was a false alarm, so people passed it on to one another that were standing outside to go into hotel. I think the staff should have given everyone standing and waiting outside free rooms or took their name and apologized some how. They did not seem to care on the night shift crew compared to the day shift staff. Check in was fine, girl was very efficient. When we first got our room, the key code card would not open our door. Front desk staff came back to make sure we used the key properly. Then call maintenance, which never showed up because they were on break. 30 minutes later, front desk gave us another room and complimentary breakfast tickets - they handled very well. Second room was really nice and clean.

Very clean. Great cookies in the lobby. No indoor pool. Very nice hotel.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Bathrooms were outdated and the pool is not designed for toddlers.

I walked in at 11am and I was given a room; with a smile! They should to try and clean the lake a bit (too much algae on walls of pond) up?. I was greeted with a smile. My queen size bed was very comfortable. There was hardly any noise in the hallways (that I cold hear). They even had Starbucks as the complimentary coffee in room. I was greeted with a smile in the morning and a thank you when I left at 5 am. A very nice experience!

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Internet did not work. The location of this hotel was convenient and has easy access to/from I-270. It was quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. My only complaint was that the internet (which you have to pay $9.95-$14.95 per day for) did not work.

Location is convenient. Noise level. The hotel is starting to show its age. Some renovations have been made, but many more are needed. Unfortunately there was a junior gymnastics competition at the hotel the nights I was there, and the noise level was bad. The older kids ran the halls all night, and the younger ones started early in the morning.

Noon check-out. Unclean, noisy. This facility is not up to Sheraton standards. The walls are paper thin, and the overall facility was unclean. The staff did not ask how our stay was, and that was to their benefit. We had one of the worst nights in a hotel.

Positive, A Little far from downtown Saint Louis, Soulard, University Center, The Loop, Forrest Park, these are all the attractions i recommend. Otherwise night life and fun times at this location.

Convenient location for many activities. No free wireless in room had to go to lobby. Typical hotel room without too many frills, would have been nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator. Room was clean.

The Sheraton Chalet was very nice. The room was furnished with very nice furniture, and there was plenty of space. The bed was absolutely comfortable, and the room was very clean. I would definitely come go back!!

Beautiful classic style, this hotel was clean but an antique. I was not displeased with anything. This hotel is in Chalet style, a grand building you can picture next to a frozen lake or in the alps. It is by no means a new hotel but it has been nicely maintained by a devoted staff. This hotel definitely boasts an old world style of guest treatment, complete with luggage assistance, shuttles and prompt room service. Finally, many of the rooms offer private balconies that look out to Westport plaza, beautiful and full of restaurants and taverns.

Clean, spacious, older room that had been updated. Did not have full cable, could hear every noise in hallway. Clean, spacious rooms in an older hotel that has been updated. Small, marble bathroom, coffee area (with $4 bottled water!), comfortable beds. First floor has exterior doors but enter through interior hallway. Somewhat confusing to get to off the freeway, but has a Starbucks right next door!

The room was much more than I expected from the outside of the hotel, the remodel was done well. The outside looked a little old and a little run down. The lobby was friendly and inviting and a welcome surprise after the disappointing exterior. The bathroom was too small for a 3-star hotel but was very clean and modern. The beds were relatively comfortable, but you could tell they had been in use for a while. My overall opinion of the hotel is positive and I would stay there again.

We went to the Sheraton because we lost power because of an ice storm. The staff was great! It was warm and welcoming after such a hard day!

Everything was perfect here. The service, the rooms, the view of the lake. You walk out of the hotel and there are many restaurants, as well as a comedy and Jazz club within steps of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the tower room was awesome! This hotel exceeded my expectations! Our room was in the tower and was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to go back to this hotel.

Rooms were in excellent condition and the staff was WONDERFUL! The restaurant in the lobby. The breakfast food was pretty bad, everything was overcooked and too salty. I loved the room although I would have love the tub better if it was bigger. (I'm a big guy) The water temperature fluctuated wildly in the morning from uncomfortably hot to cold, I don't know why. The bed was comfortable.

Proximity to restaurants and interstate. Hotel staff could not have been nicer. Easy to find and access, Starbucks right next door. Room large enough to be comfortable with a great chair and ottoman to read in the evenings. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the ability to park in the garage and have ticket validated, especially since it was zero degrees during my visit.

The bed was fabulous! The bathroom was too small and there was no where to put anything. It was a very nice hotel. The staff was nice, everything was very clean. I appreciated the parking garage as the weather was very cold. The bed was fabulous! My only complaint was the bathroom was very small and there was no where to set toiletries.

Just loved it. Staff is not timid about telling their customer to be quiet during night hours. Outdoor parking on Friday night. Could not find parking& Loved it!

The location was convenient and the property was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The elevator was small and slow, and the bathroom in the room was a little small. The room was clean and comfortable (especially the beds), and the property was very nicely maintained. I would recommend this hotel.

I liked the friendly staff, free yummy homemade cookies, view of the beautiful pool and lake, free internet terminals in the lobby. I wished I had a mini refrigerator in my room and a continental breakfast option.
