This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed felt like home! The complimentary shuttle service took us to different parts of the city that we wanted to visit. Location for a visit to PNC Park was unbeatable...it's across the street. All in all, a phenomenal place to stay while visiting Pittsburgh.

Nice loaction to event and nice clean room. The breakfast servers. We not customer friendly, The acted as if we were in their way while selecting breakfast, both days. The hotel is a excellent venue for Downtown Pittsburgh. Just a short walk to the baseball and football complexes. Great location. Good food on site and around the area.

Within walking distance to two stadiums. Only min away. All non smoking rooms. Was perfect for us going to football game and stadium only 2 blocks away baseball stadium was across the street. Very clean, very friendly staff, good hot breakfast. Only drawback as a smokerI had to go from the 8th floor all the way out the door to smoke. You were permitted to smoke in the restaurant and bar attached to hotel. Overall,I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is directly across from Pirates stadium but they still make you pay for parking. Hotel was very clean with plenty of space.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very polite. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The room was spaciouswith a sitting area, desk, kitchen area (sink, frig, microwave, and shelves), bathroom sink area, toilet and shower in separate area, and 2 dbl beds with lots of pillows. The free breakfast was adequately filled and had a very nice selection - scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, milks, juice, hot tea, coffee, cappucino, make your own waffles, etc. It was also very easy to find and within walking distance of lots to do. My only complaint was having to pay extra to park in their parking lot. Where else would you park securely in downtown Pittsburgh? Overall it was a great hotel and I would definately stay there again if the need occurs.

The room was very nice and spacious, with all the amenities you could want. The pool was small but nice, and the hot tub was great. The breakfast was really nice, but it was standing room only 10 minutes before it was closed. $- for parking seemed a bit steep, and next time I'll try to park along the street at a meter (non-metered on weekends). Overall a wonderful visit, and we plan to stay there any time we go to Pittsburgh.

This hotel is perfectly located. The staff knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. We lost our way coming in and I called the hotel. Stacey got me back on track and directly there with a smile. Perfectly located in Pittsburgh, PNC park, Heinz Stadium, Carnegie Science Museum, restaurants, shopping and the River Walk all within walking distance.
