This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We felt like we got a lot for the price. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Two large pools, one indoor and one outdoor, an indoor hot tub (that did need about another foot of water in it) and a nice courtyard to sit outside in. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back in town.

This place is priced right. Not a place I would go for a romantic getaway, but for business travel it is well priced and well located. It seems ""old"" there, but they have done work to improve it from when it was owned by Sheraton. Well located for people traveling to the 275 loop.

This hotel was clean and had friendly staff. It was a bit disconcerting that the outside rear doors of the hotel did not close and lock well. There are huge indoor and outdoor pools, which was great for the kids. The pool tile was in disrepair. The hotel could accomodate large crowds, but it seemed that very few people were staying there. It was a good value for the money and conveniently located near I-71, shopping malls, restaurants.

For starters we got in our room and someone was in there obviously lounging on their break. 2) The toilet in the new room didn't flush.3) The shower didn't drain right.4) The hot tub was half way full which made the jets spray everywhere. The pools were a nice size but could have been cleaner.It was our family vacation to Kings Island and would have been better if we would of had a nicer hotel experience.
