Location, room size, very helpful front desk employee at time of check in. High school kids being loud in the lobby. This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

my husband and I stayed 4 nights. We loved the king size bed with comfortable sheets and pillows. The breakfast variety was good. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

As a UT student parent - and a resident of TX, I've stayed in Austin a number of times. Finding decent, and reasonable accomodations can be a challenge. This hotel was fairly convenient to the campus (you do need a car).
The room was quiet, clean and well furnished. It was not accessible from the outside - which is good in Austin as driveby traffic and parking lot parties can be noisy. Bedding clean, fresh and an definitely an upgrade from other hotels similarly priced. The room was a suite, so there was ample room and ability to have family members stay. Breakfast good -- the dining room was busy - get there early. All in all a good value and it will be my first choice next time. I'll be glad not to have to search around.

Clean, huge rooms, free hot breakfast. Nothing. Great location and access to the interstate; hugeclean and fresh room, great free hot breakfast, a cut-above the average middle priced hotel.
