Rooms were nice, a little stuffy, no noise from airport considering location, staff treated us like second class citizens because reserved through [a third party], stated ""well the leftover rooms are for people like you"", house keeping staff rude, I doubt I will ever stay there again

Clean rooms. Great location. Execellent staff. Bell Captain got us sea side dining table on 5 minute notice, shuttled kids to Walgreens to buy sunscreen. Gave us great cruise advice. If your flying in the night before a cruise - stay here.

We stayed with our two young children and had a great time. Rooms are big and clean, beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. Breakfast is a little crowded at the times we went but food was good. The only thing I would suggest is a partition between the bed and sitting area so if someone wants to lay down and not be bothered by someone watching tv in sitting area. Otherwise it was great and would stay again.

Very convenient location to shopping and dining. Our flight got in early and it was no problem checking in early. The staff was very friendly, we had purchased some tee shirts to bring back home and the maid had inadvertently thought they were trash. (I dropped them next to the traschcan in a bag). They had someone check the dumpster to try and find them, called the housekeeper on her day off and were willing to pay for the replacements. Prior to departure they found them on the housekeepers cart.
