In Chicago for the weekend, Cubs Game, Shedd's Aquarium and shopping, this motel in the middle of everything. Great service--everyone very friendly and helpful.

Well appointed, good value, friendly staff. Small swimming pool, pricey parking. The staff did everything necessary to ensure a nice stay and we certainly got our money's worth. Parking is expensive, but that is largely a product of the city.

Full kitchen. Full kitchen had large knives. Hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet was below average, but came with the room. For some reason the full kitchen was complete with very large knives. I would stay here again.

It was the perfect location--many things within walking distance and easy to get on the train. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed it very much!

We spent two nights at the Springhill suites with our 3 year-old son. We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. The 27th floor pool is a great feature. There was quite a bit of noise from both the corridor and the street late at night. But one should expect that in such a lively area and with the hotel packed full. I would definitely stay there again at least for the $110 rate we got.

The location and the amenities which included a mangers reception and breakfast. It was a very nice property with friendly staff.
