My husband and I have just spent 2 nights at hotel. It's not at all like the review & guide books say. The bathroom was filthy, the sheets were stained, there were men lurking on each floor. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned as it was so filthy it obviously hadn't been cleaned in months, they didn't clean it. We won't be going back. They pressured to make tours from his unfaithful travel agent, I think for his commission. I don't recommend anyone to book these hotel if book cancel it.

"I stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights. Hotel provided me complimentary pickup from Airport. The Suite Room allotted to me was very clean specially the bathroom. Hotel provided free use of Wi-Fi . The hotel staff made my stay wonderful , I would surely recommend this hotel . Its Worth !"

Upon booking this hotel there is no refund for cancellation. Hotel is not well cleaned or well kept at least for north american travellers.

Hotel gives free pickup from airpot on my arrival to New Delhi.The Room given to me was very clean specially the bathroom.The hotel was located in the mid of city & I was feeling very safe here. I will come back again to this Hotel.

We had a hard time finding the hotel. The person at the reception could not find our reservation. The room we were given was no where near what they have on the website. When i mentioned the room on the website and the one we were give at check out we were told they cannot show photos of all the rooms they have. We were 3 adults and the room was small could which was BIG enough for only 2 adults and with 3 adults and 3 suitcases there was no place to move around in fact no place to put our suitcases. People at reception were rude. It was not up to our standard for the money we spent. We will never recommend this to any one we love but only if we want to punish/torture them.

Stayed for 17 days & I can't begin to express the warmth & genuine friendliness of the staff. I was impressed by the room service staff, as my fiancee and I were both sick during this time. I don't know what we would have done had it not been for 3 of the exceptional room service staff, they went above and beyond the norm. Everyone was friendly and so helpful during this stay. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also efficient, The food was good and always delivered quickly. I felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived until we departed. I thank the staff for making my Delhi vacation such a memorable experience.
