Staff was courteous and friendly. When they say boutique hotel they mean it. We stayed 3 nights. I dont think that you could stay here comfortably any more than that. No dressers or closets. No iron. Room was miniscule. Hot water took 15 min to get hot. Stayed on 10th floor and was newly "remodeled", still needs a lot of TLC. Nightclub-Aspen was hopping. Phenomenal location. 40 steps from Times square. Bountiful "quick service" restaurants all over the area.(Great BBQ rest. Fameous Daves right outside the door). Location and price make it worth the lack of amenities, and the fact that we were probably the only Americans staying at the hotel. You have to deal with the rude european attitudes of the hotels clients which is mindblowing. Lobby decor is worth looking at even if your not staying here.

Great location 1 block from Broadway/Times Square, super friendly/helpful/knowledgeable staff at front desk and concierge, room was tiny as in all NYC hotels but at least my window view was to the street and not a dingy inner ""courtyard"" and other guests' windows like in other hotels I have stayed! Bed was very comfortable, room service good always left us extra towels, free use of internet and printing in business centre was much appreciated, Aspen restaurant next to hotel was a little pricey but food and drinks were great. No complaints whatsoever, would stay again without question.

Loved the location of this hotel! Close proximity to Rockefeller Center, Fifth Ave., Times Square! Hotel was very hip, very young, very stylish! Front desk was very polite and courteous. The room was clean and very comfortable. The linens were lovely, and the bed very comfortable. The only down side was the room was in close proximity to the bar. You could hear the bar music right up into the room. We were on the third floor. I am sure if you stayed a couple of floors above this would not be a problem. The lighting in this room was lovely, but a little too dark in the bathroom. It definitely needed more light over the vanity. We only stayed overnight but the hotel definitely added to our enjoyment. Would highly recommend this hotel. Would go back in a heartbeat.
