The staff was very welcoming and accommodating when any issue arose. One room we had been assigned had water leakage issues. The hotel was fine and met or exceeded our expectations, especially in light of the fact that we had to request a room change. The change was made with no problem or question at all, and the front desk worked hard to ensure that we had a good stay during the remainder of our four days in the region. I would return to the hotel and I would recommend it to others traveling in the Durham area as well.

The staff was so nice, the rooms are new, lovely, and clean. This by far has been the best lodging experience I have had in a long time. The location is easy to find and is basically a straight shot to UNC Chapel Hill Medical Center. We will definitely stay here if we need to visit this area again.
