Con una temperatura exterior de 2º, la calefacción en la habitación en la habitación no funcionaba y no nos trajeron ningún radiador eléctrico. No había mantas, solamente colchas de verano y lo único que hicieron fue traernos otras dos iguales. La temperatura era heladora y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, además del consiguiente enfriamiento. Las habitaciones están bien y el personal amable, pero escaso. Un desastre.

Good shuttle service, room was lovely and clean and of a good standard. A1, can't fault it. Used it on 2 occasions and have recomended it to friends.
