Very cramped quarters The hotel is in a deteriorating part of town. At one time the area was a nice business area, but the businesses are moving out. A somewhate scary part of Houston.

Close to the park & Ride bus service in Houston. Room dirty & beat up. Saw a cockroach. Sun suites is ok. But the room is pretty beat up & dirty.

We stayed two nights. The day after our first night we visited some family and freinds. When we arrived back ti our rooms, we were surprised to discover that housekeeping had not addressed our rooms.

Bring your food, coffee, water and maybe toiletries as well. Front desk couldn't replenish items even when I asked them to. No breakfast either. Not a nice experience. I hope they get better.

My room was super clean. I think the carpet was brand new and the walls were all freshly painted. The kitchen was great for me while traveling for a week. I really enjoyed my stay here and will stay again next time in Houston.

None. Location. Very bad location, refrigerator barely worked, manager notified, no amenities.

I think this place wins the worst hotel award. The walls were cracked and the floor was gross. It smelled and to top it off, for lotion the guest have to share a big bottle of Jergens that's sitting on the front desk.

THE ATTENDANT AT THE FRONT OFFICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THERE WERE NO IRONS OR IRONING BOARDS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK EITHER AND WHEN I ASKED THE ATTENDANT TO CALL ME AS SOON AS WHEN BECAME AVAILABLE SHE SAID SURE. I NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL NEEDLESS TO SAY. THE GROUNDS AND ROOMS WERE VERY DECENT BUT THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS REALLY MEDIOCRE

This hotel would have been okay - maybe even great - if they only cleaned the carpets and drapes. The staff was very very nice and I told them they need to clean the carpets - and they told me that the carpets needed to be replaced! (The carpet was so filthy that when I walked from the shower to the bed - about 10 feet - my feet were BLACK already from the filth.) The (non-smoking) room stunk of smoke and the drapes also needed to cleaned. I also suggested to the staff that they don't turn smoking rooms into non-smoking rooms. They mentioned that people take non-smoking rooms and smoke in there anyway. This wouldn't be a big deal if they cleaned their carpets and drapes once a month. Maybe they should install detectors like the airplanes and surcharge people who smoke in a non-smoking room. Or if someone asks for a smoking room and none are available, they should be charged extra for a non-smoking room because you know they are going to smoke in there and then they would have extra fees to pay for the cleaning. It's really too bad because this wasn't a bad motel - especially for the price.

the room was not ready they told me to wait 15min housekeeping was just getting to the room. At check-in their was a guest that came in complaining about a bee hive and that he and another guest gotten stung. The lady did have no concern. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The bed was hard you can feel the springs. They only gave us towels for one day and we was booked for five days. Their was no iron or board. I did not stay. I will not stay here again.

Good location, decent clean rooms but not fancy, nice staff, well lighted. Right by highway so it was a little noisy.
