I stayed only one night, and unfortunately it was a business related trip, so there wasn't a lot of time to relax and enjoy the amenities offered. But in the short time there, I found the staff friendly and helpful. The suite was perfectly delightful - a real treasure -- roomy, clean, lovely decor. We returned from an evening event late and had drinks with colleagues in the martini bar near closing time. In spite of being late, the staff was happy to serve us, and we didn't feel rushed into leaving. In all, it was a very successful trip, due in part to the Sunnyledge. My only suggestions to the Sunnyledge staff would be to have early AM coffee available for those rising before breakfast hour, and to be sure to check the expiry dates on the mini bar snacks.

I expected a Boutique Hotel to have great service but i found each of the 'front desk' people unfriendly. Although we prepaid, there were extra fees charged once we were there. One charge was an energy fee but there was no air conditioning or heat turned on while we were there. We asked for a fan to cool down the room but was told they didn't have one. So it was a little warm the first night. There is also a parking charge. My rate included continental breakfast but when we looked for it we were told it didn't start until 8:30 so we never even saw breakfast during our stay. Housekeeping did a good job. The bathroom was soooo small. The room was cute. The towels and robes were soft and fluffy. This facility has a lot of potential. I was very disappointed.

My wife and I stayed at the Sunnyledge the first weekend of September and was very disappointed with t;he hotel in general and the service provided by the staff in particular. The staff was college students who just wanted to finish their work shift and had no concern for the hotel guests. The rooms were not cleaned daily, the furniture was soiled, wallpaper was coming off the walls. Not what you expect from a ""boutique hotel"".

The Sunnyledge is an Oasis in a city croweded with chain hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suite 28. The suite itself was comprised a a large sitting srea seperated from the bedroom by two full size french doors. The canapied, hand painted four poster borad bed was lovely as was te in room jacuzzi. I highly recommend Sunnyledge
