General Description

The Rodeway Inn and Suites is in a great location across the street from the Biltmore Square Mall with a movie theater and food court. A variety of restaurants are within 1/2 mile and it is only five miles to downtown Asheville and six miles to Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. This is an interior corridor hotel featuring pillow-top mattresses, flat panel televisions and expanded cable service plus HBO. There are microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers and hair dryers in all rooms. Free WIFI Internet access. Try our king suites with 42-inch flat panel televisions, DVD players and sleeper sofas. Pet charge: 15.00 per pet per night. Pet limit: 2 pets per room maximum 50 pounds.

Soft beds, fridge, 32" flat TV, semi convenient location and decent price. Not enough lighting in the room, seemed dark, size or room and all the stuff in it, or maybe it was just the placement of those items, seemed cramped. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was very nicely furnished (mini fridge, in room computer and plasma screen TV). The hotel lobby was very small and there was no common area to lounge at. The hotel room was more than we expected. Although there were no amenities such as breakfast room, sitting area, pool, or fitness room. The room was very clean and had all that we were looking for. Don't plan to do anything outside your room at the hotel during your stay.

Location to the Biltmore estates and theater. That they were remolding from a sprinkle leak and the carpet in the hallways looked very old. It was what I expected. Comfortable and peaceful. I would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. My husband and I took a very long road trip and wanted to spend a few days in Asheville. We had booked pricey hotels in Savannah and at nearby Lake Lure, so we decided to take a gamble and try Rodeway Inn to save some money. We were pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean and spacious, with a flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom looked like it had recently been updated. Every staff member we enountered, from the manager to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. This hotel is a gem. You cannot beat the value for the money. I would stay at a Rodeway Inn again.

We stayed in a room on the second floor. A foul, moldy smell arose from the carpet as we entered the room. The toilet appeared dirty or not cleaned adequately. Then numerous tiny ants crawled up the nightstand and on the pillow. They moved us to the fourth floor at our request. The front desk stated that they have been having problems with ants in that room and the room next door. The fourth floor room was better but was nothing special. We will never go there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Room was very nice and spacious. Very clean. Flat screen tv! Even a phone in the bathroom! Considering the price, this was an INCREDIBLE value! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great at the motel. Just disappointed when I booked I was not told there was a pet fee for each pet. Because of this I won't stay at the Super8 again.

Extremely helpful staff and clean. I found this motel to be vastly superior. It far supersedes other motels that I have stayed in.

Large, widescreen HD TV. Toilet mechanism did not shut off water. Comfortable room with a nice TV. Free coffee and dough nuts for breakfast.

Beds were so comfortable. We only stayed overnight. Arrived at 10 pm left at 7:30 the next morning. Out of a 6 day trip, this hotel had the most comfortable beds! The staff was great, very nice and helpful for breakfast. Don't expect much for theirs. I only saw dough nuts and coffee. And make sure you look really well for the sign when you come off the interstate. If not you'll miss it. Overall, great experience.

It had a flat-screen TV and a full-fledged computer in the room. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a luxury in a 1-star hotel.

Great Super 8!! The are installing plasma 37 inch tv's in all the rooms. How great is that!!
