This motel was a great value, quiet, comfortable, CLEAN, and provided all its ad said it would. Nice staff too.

No internet service as advertised, no in-room coffee, Continental breakfast was coffee, juice box and cold, dried sweet roll. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little smelly but appeared clean. Day staff not friendly but evening was very nice. Could not get into pool, needed a real key, door key didn't work. Did not pursue.

Hotel does not provide all amenities advertised on its WEB Site. No High Speed Internet Access and breakfast was limited to Coffee/Tea, 10% Juice Drinks and Sweet Roll/Muffin. Day time office staff not customer friendly. Best thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance of the Banner Baywood Heart Hospital.
