General Description

Tahoe Seasons Resort is located directly in front of the Heavenly California Base Lodge and the Tram. It has 160 suites jam-packed with the fun atmosphere of an all-season resort and the ambiance of a romantic honeymoon hideaway. Each comfortable suite features a private spa, two color TVs, a video player, and most have a gas fireplace; microwave, wet bar sink and coffee maker for morning java and stash some munchles in the minii refrigerator for later on. The one bedroom suite sleeps up to four adults but ideally it has privacy for two. Tahoe Seasons offers a year - around outdoor heated pool and spa. Fireside lounge/Pub serving nightly specials - food and drink and affordable daily breakfast with complimentary Valet parking. Nice, large suite with spa bath, queen bed, sofa sleeper, next door to heavenly, two TVS, DVD player. Decor a little dated. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel quite a bit. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is literally right next door to heavenly, which is convenient for skiers. The room I stayed in had a queen bed with TV, a very large spa bath in the middle, and a living room area with another TV, DVD player, and a sofa sleeper, which was great for keeping the kids separate from the parents who just want to sleep. The decor was a little dated, but still very nice. The bathroom was very interesting -- it has a very large spa bath with Japanese-style blinds that you can fold in or out. Overall, we had a great time.

Loved the whirlpool bath and fireplace. The bed wasn't comfortable. It was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious but I didn't enjoy the bed. It wasn't comfortable.

Good location, attractive common areas. Room not cleaned management indifferent. Bring your own sheets and towels to this place, because you won¿t get any here. Also be prepared to act as your own maid, and if you complain the manager Kathy will tell you that you have a 'wholesale rate' so that you are not entitled to the normal amenities of a hotel.

Nothing. It was outdated 70's style--the towels were ripping, the bed was hard, the toilet seat paint was chipping--I could not wait to leave! It was outdated 70's style--there was a giant spa in the middle of the room, which was odd, the bathroom was tiny, the towels were ripping, the bed was hard, the toilet seat paint was chipping and they were testing the fire alarm at am on Sat morning--I could not wait to leave!

The Tahoe Seasons Resort is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and well equipped. It was a bit ironic that there is a sign in the room requesting guests to save water while the room has a jacuzi tha uses many gallons of water. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The valet parking staff were particularly helpful and accomodating. Being close to downtown Lake Tahoe, the casinos and Heavenly Valley ski are makes this an excellent location for an allround vacation.

Nice access. Outdated, the giant in room spa did not work. The spa was not working, was quite a let down as this was a birthday getaway for my girl and I.

Bar and the lounge area. Manager was very rude and unprofessional with our needs. Hot Tub wasn't working, room service was not on time, we had to call several times. The Manager needs some customer service/relations training.

It is a great romantic get a way. The breakfast buffet was sub-par. I've stayed there many times and I would always go back. It has a good location and nice rooms.

I was pleased the rooms were updated. It had an overall feel of an old resort it definitely needs to be updated. Overall the resort wasn't bad. It only had parking so I wasn't to pleased with that. The decor needs to be updated. They've updated their rooms and it was better than before I'm sure, but the lobby could use some help. Not bad I guess, but based on the other hotels in it's category this probably should be categorized one star below.

Jacuzzi in the room This hotel proved to be an incredible surprise! It wss such a nice hotel, conveniently located and clean! The features besides the jacuzzi included a microwave, refrigerator and a siting room as well. I was incredibly happy with this resort and intend to stay at it again!!!
