Rooms old and stinky, couldn't get smell off my clothes. Couldn't get rollaway beds; bought air mattress and pillows & blanket, then was accused of stealing them. Never stay here!!!!!!"

My room was clean and well-maintained. Good location close to downtown Wilmington. Price was reasonable

Staff very pleasant and helpful at check in/check out. Some minor problems with the room (i.e. TV remote not working) were attended to promptly

This hotel is really old and the ice machine didn't in our building. The rooms are spacious, but there is a musty smell that imbedded itself into everything that was in the room. Everything had to be washed whether it was worn or not. The suitcase itself retained an odor. The reason we stayed here was because we needed a room for a large group on short notice. This was the only place in town that could accommodate us. The room was nice if only it didn't smell. Also, there were little knats everywhere...not roaches, just little black bugs.
