Large room. Parking is a bit of trouble, valet is nice but they forgot my car once. Location is great, very clean, the room was very large and comfortable.

Friendly, attentive, helpful and service-oriented staff. Beautiful, clean rooms and public spaces. The lobby & public spaces were very well-kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was nice and quiet which was important to us because we have 2 young kids. And the room was fairly spacious. The hotel has wonderful amenities.

Amazing Hotel right on the water, very inviting. In the heart of cannery row. The beds had feather top mattress's and down comforters (made me feel right at home). I loved the bathroom and wish mine at home was identical ( large tub, granite counters) Beautiful! Very strict rules however. No alcohol by the pool and hot tub ( there went my glass of wine while I relax). Also no smoking anywhere in or around the building.

Very accomodating staff and wonderful amenities. Since its located near the Aquarium and on Cannery Row, there is a lot of foot traffic that can create problems if one has to drive around the area.

Great bed, close to aquarium, saw dolphins from dining room. Stain on carpet. Nice modern asian style decor, nice spa, nice staff at breakfast, short walk to wharf.

I loved the fireplace and view--it was great! Nothing. The staff was terrific--they exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. I loved it and enjoyed my stay. I will come back again!

My only regret was that I stayed for just one night! This hotel is ideally located at Cannery Row in Monterey, overlooking the water. It was a truly magical visit. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel was also very quiet, and was good for a peaceful night. The C Restaurant and Bar, located in the hotel, offer excellent food - although there are many dining choices in the immediate vicinity, the C Restaurant was not a disappointment. I will definitely visit again when my travels bring me to Monterey!

I recently stayed with this property on a business trip (4/14-21). I'm glad we chose this hotel: the rooms were large in comparison to other hotels, and very comfortable with a fireplace and a separate shower and large tub. Service was amazing: I had to park and retrieve my car with the valet service several times during my trip and it was always there on time with very polite valet employees. Often I had special needs carrying multiple packages and the bellmen were always courteous, quick and helpful. Due to a diligent purchasing manager, the packages I had to FedEx back to my office arrived before I did! The hotel restaurant has excellent food, service and atmosphere (I highly recommend the tuna steak and sauteed spinach). I ordered room service every day for breakfast during my stay and it was always timely and correct. In the little bit of down time I did have, I enjoyed the (very clean!) hotel fitness center or walking along Cannery Row- there is much to see in the area including the Monterey Aquarium. My room was always cleaned very well by housekeeping. Everything was right about this hotel, which was especially important to me as a business traveler on a long trip. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Pebble Beach, or the Monterey area. Its close to both the golf course and the airport as well. Should I return to Monterey for pleasure, I will definitely stay at the Intercontinental (The Clement on Cannery Row).

We got a room here for quite a deal. Bed was kind of hard, but then again we have a super-soft bed at home. Bathroom is beautiful. Not into the euro-modern design, but it is very clean. Love the LCD TV. Even though our room faced the aquarium wall, we could see the back of Doc Rickett's lab and hear the ocean. Loved the location - right in the center of Cannery Row and easy walk to the aquarium. Service was good.

Checkin was very smooth. Our bellman was a very pleasant fellow. He gave us a quick tour of the hotel lobby and dinning/bar area. Showed us to our room and went through a description of what was avaialble and where things were. The room was a nice size with a king bed and a gas fire place. The bathroom was huge with a spearate tub and shower. The bath towels ande firnished bathrobes were very soft and obsorbent. Need a set like them at home. The hotel location is great. Right near the Aquarium on Cannery Row. We had a couple of very good cocktails down at the bar and chatted with a couple of locals who like to stop at this lobby bar. Throughout the entire weekend the staff was very freindly and helpful. When we left, I had called for my truck to be brought out from the valet park. The valet noted that my left rear tire was flat and he had filled it before bringing it down. Picked up a nail somewhere. We plan to return in the near future.

Location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little warm, even with theAC on. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (although a bit pricey). Walking distance from the aquarium and many place to shop. The view was amazing.

Great location and terrific hotel. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was within walking distance to the aquarium and all of the shops. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Very relaxing. The room was large and very nice. Great bed. The fire pits on back deck overlooking ocean were a great place for evening drink or coffee.

Great customer service. My car got scratched on the bumber. The overall stay was great. The hotel was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The staff was very helpful, and polite. Great customer service! I will be staying there again when I visit Monterey.
