Very enjoyable stay. We ate in the bar/restaurant, it wasn't bar food as i know it, excellent cooking at sensible prices. The hotel has a great atmosphere, I'd credit it to the young family who run it, relaxed and informal, but they seem to maintain high standards. The location looking onto the loch is amazing, we had a loch view room and found we didn't want to shut our curtains! They also have a great wee bar, log fire, pool table and real ale, we shall return.

Lovely room, we paid for the superior, but we would have been just as happy with the standard. Lovely place to stay

What an amazing place! We originally only booked for one night however after being let down by our follow on accommodation we rebooked for a further two. The whole experience at The Creggans Inn was just fantastic. The couple who run the place along with all their staff are really friendly and happy to help with anything. The rooms we stayed in were the cleanest I've ever known for a hotel and they were warm and comfortable with 24/7 heating if you needed it. There was a really lovely guest sitting room with beautiful views, comfortable sofas and a selection of books and magazines for you to borrow during your stay. The pub was cosy and welcoming and the food in the restaurant including the breakfasts was superb. I could go on and on praising this place, all I would say is try it for yourself - I would be amazed if you were disappointed. We are already planning a return visit.

Lovely Hotel & StaffOur time at The Creggans Inn was very enjoyable. We only stayed for 2 nights but would recomend as the food was excellent. Our room was very clean and the old fashioned decor & furniture only added to the charm.

Lovely two night breakAlthough our standard room didn't have a loch view, it was very clean, spacious, light and airy with a good sized bathroom. (Oh, a tinyTV if that sort of thing bothers you ~ not what we came for!). The whole place is, very welcoming, well run and looked after and on Saturday night, we were fitted in for a bar meal at the last minute despite the staff being run off their feet. The owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food was good quality. The cooked breakfast was excellent, bar food was also good but a little pricey would be my only criticism(mains £10.95 - £15.95, desserts all at £5.50) . Two nice public lounges (one with stunning loch view and endless books and magazines) to while away a wet afternoon if you didn't feel like venturing out.
