Generally good customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from O'Connell St. and city centre attractions. Room was air-conditioned and absolutely spotless. The only criticism I have is that they automatically billed me in Sterling without my consent (I'm British, but prefer to always pay in Euro where possible.) Other than that, a great hotel.

Lovely hotelWe arrived and were upgraded and treated like royalty for being honeymooners! Yay! We extended our stay and were allowed to keep the upgrade too. The staff were fantastic, free wifi was great. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Location was fantastic for Croke Park, slightly out of town but still a nice walk in (10 mins to Temple Bar). Unfortunately when there is a big game at Croke Park, the restaurant becomes crowded and you struggle to get in the hotel's door however we didn't have any sound disturbances from this. Breakfast was ok, unfortunately our three were interrupted by loud, obnoxious flight crews who seemed ever-present. Overall, we enjoyed it.

very impressed with the staff , little bit out of the way but nice and relaxing , was very dissapointed with the \"executive\" loung all it had was a faulty coffee machine and small bottles of water not like all the other executive lounges i have been in beforeprices in bar were reasonable about 5 euros a drink compared with about 12 euro in the temple bar area of dublin , food in the bar was excellent

Reasonably close to town, a brisk 10-15 walk, suitable for us as we did not want to rely on public transport.Room sevice was very good some personal touches made us feel at home. The sandwichs made to order were delightful, a welcome light meal for travellers.

Aesthetically pleasing, shame about the foodJury's Croke Park is a modern, contemporary hotel and is beautifully presented within, which will thoroughly please those who appreciate the wood, leather, glass and chrome approach. The hotel was clean, welcoming and spacious, and the interior more than compensates for the slightly industrial- looking exterior to the hotel (not the building itself, just the fact that it's located opposite the Stadium on one side and a derelict building on the other (the view from our hotel room was awful, but we weren't there for the view anyway). What let them down for me was the poor quality of the food, especially given the price that you had to pay for it. In the bar area a reasonably contemporary menu is offered, though when the food arrived it was late and overcooked, and this on an evening when it wasn't particularly busy. Breakfast the following morning was even worse, with the bacon and sausage overcooked and chewy; it had clearly been lying around for a long time. There was no fresh fruit left on the buffet, and no attempt by staff to replenish it during the 30 minutes that we were in the restaurant. It's not even as though we were late down and got the dregs; this was in the middle of the service period so I would have expected a full selection available at this time. We asked for coffee and brown toast and were served with coffee and white, and there was no milk brought with the coffee so we had to go and help ourselves from the cereal area. All this and we paid 33 EURO for the privilege. If your room rate at this hotel doesn't include breakfast, I would advise that you forget it and head for one of the excellent pubs near O'Connell street where you will get a much cheaper, and more fresh offering.

The hotel is very modern with all the modern facilities (air conditioning, flat screen TV with sky, mini bar, 24 hour services etc) that one would expect. Ideally located not too close to the city centre that it can affect your stay but close enough for a gentle stroll to the main attractions. Normal prices can be expensive but if you can get a good deal then its well worth it.This is the second time I have stayed here and would definately use this hotel again if a good discount can be had!

Got a beef roll before match and was like eating a 10 euro brick. Pizza the following afternoon was acceptable though late in arriving due to oven problems.
