we enjoyed everything about the iron hoarse hotel. staff was great, the hotel took care of every request without question. food was great service was fast.

Trippy loft-style new boutique hotel with great bathrooms, pleasant decor, and a helpful staff. The valet parking charges are a total gouge ($25/night for your car to sit outside in the snow and the parking dudes are a little slow on the uptake--sometimes you can't find them at all) and you are not allowed to self-park on the property. The food takes too long--ok sometimes interminably long-- to arrive in the bar/restaurant (but it is very good once it finally gets there). Drinks are stiff, but about the same price as the Oak Bar in NYC. (The in-room mini-bar prices are also completely out-of-line for this market.) Bartenders are excellent. For the room price, the hot breakfast should be included (it is an extra $10 and just so-so.) Easy walk to great bars/restaurants in the Third Ward. Milwaukee desperately needed a place like this. Needs a little fine-tuning, not cheap, but generally worth it. A refreshing change from most of the dour other offerings downtown and my new first choice for future visits.

The atmosphere was very electric. The parking is difficult and Vallet is expensive. If you are looking for a romantic boost to your relationship, this is the place to go. The rooms are attractive and the options make for an amazing evening. Take advantage!

Love the decor, food was excellent - very trendy. Coffee - parking wastoo expensive.Branded waiter not great. This building is so beautiful - exposed beams and brick. Uber-trendy. I love the loft-style feel of the rooms. I hope this hotel survives. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Most staff members were really nice although some should be more dynamic. Coffee is horrid.

Modern, interesting and good service. Dark room, inadequate lighting, couldn't find the workout room at first. Very interesting, high-tech feel, but a little dark. Workout room hidden. Very attentive staff.
