Overall this hotel was very nice. It is clean and very well decorated and furnished; the finish is superb. We originally booked a normal double room but upgraded to a suite. In hingsight we would have not bothered. The suite, whilst nice, was not much larger than a normal double and the only addition being that of a small desk which does not really add much to the room. We ate in the restaurant from which we were expecting good things having read the menu. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. It did not really live up to the standards that a menu of its kind would suggest. The price was quite high, especially for the suite, and I would recommend that people view a suite before booking one.

Excellent value for money, staff warm and friendly and went out of their way to help. Our room did not have air-conditioning which was not so good considering it was the hottest weekend of the year but they did offer to move us but we had unpacked by then, but they endeavoured to our friends who were arriving the next day in a air-conditioned room although it did say on the unit that it was not working. Our friends switlched it on to cool the room but did not leave it on at night just in case of something going wrong. They did find that no hot water came out of their shower and the main light bulb was not working in their room. We both found that the hot water tap in the basin in the bathroom turned on anti clockwise and if not careful you were likely to drench yourself in the water splashing out. Rooms were clean and very fashionable decorated. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Room and FoodA weeding was taking place on the saturday evening we arrived, we were put in a room away from the wedding gig by very friendly staff, room was small but very nice and our stay included a set meal and breakfast, good selection of fodd available, server by friendly and attentive staff

Service was good and staff very nice, however our room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 2pm (the booking in time). We didn't have to wait long but it should still have been ready before 2. The staff were excellent very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious although we looked out over a rooftop where the air conditioning pipes etc were.The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and the car park was full when we arrived (apparently there was an auction going on at the time) I would of thought though that the hotel would have reserved spaces for guests. All in all it was an enjoyable stay but not sure that I would go there again.
