This hotel is located at the beginning of Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, just beside exit E, MTR underground and KCR, which connects to all parts of Hong Kong and China. It is a 45-minute drive to the International Airport, a 5-minute walk to the Star Ferry which goes to Hong Kong Island and also less than a 10-minute walk to famous tourist venues such as Harbour City Mega Shopping Arcade, Cultural Centre, Avenue of Stars and Kowloon Park. This is a 4-star hotel with an excellent location in Kowloon and very convenient for travelling to Hong Kong Island or to China by the public transportation. This hotel has a business centre and wireless Internet throughout the hotel. This is an 18-storey high-rise building with modern extension with glass, steel and concrete construction. The lobby is medium in size, with a long reception desk, marble flooring, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The standard and superior rooms are from 3rd-11th floor, small in size and in good condition. With a corner window, the rooms are functional and have modern decoration. All rooms have standard in-room amenities and have wireless broadband with a good work desk. Non-smoking rooms are available. There are 3 restaurants and bars in this hotel. All located next to each other on the second floor, they have large windows with views on the lively streets. The restaurants are large in size and have nice, modern decor and serve international cuisine with an Italian restaurant as one of the specialty restaurants. 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 1 minute walk to the nearest metro station (tsimshatsui mtr station), 15 km to the nearest fair site (hong kong convention & exhi cn), 40 kms to the nearest airport (hong kong), 5 km to the nearest station (airport express kowloon).

Excellent location, right next to MTR Sub-Way and in the middle of shopping area. Also very close to Water-Front. Very small rooms and old furniture. Centrally located hotel which is 30 seconds away from 2 major MTR stations. In middle of a shopping-area. Several restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is approx. 25 years old due to which room furniture, carpet is ruined down. Based on my room experience I would classify this hotel as 2.5 star or maximum 3 star.

Harbor lounge staff were excellent. Rooms were tiny and dated. The hotel was beautiful, restaurants were very nice with a mix of western and Chinese food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Harbor lounge staff were amazing they made sure we were happy. The saw to our business needs they made the stay a success. The rooms on the other hand were uncomfortably small and quite out dated. However the harbor staff was able to accommodate us with a suite on the second part of our stay.

The Kowloon Hotel Hong Kong is in a perfect position in Hong Kong just by Nathan Road and behind the Peninsula Hotel.. The view of the harbour was about 10 degrees between the Peninsula Hotel and an office building. The hard sell by the check-in staff was almost overwhealming. I would not return to this hotel on my next visit. I know there was a conference on but the price was far too high for this sort of hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating. No pool or gymnasium facilities. Excellent location near the Sheraton, Peninsula.

Great location. Very humid even inside the room, bathroom gets too steamy. Wonderful location with easy access to MTR and short walk to Star Ferry.

Convenient location. Everything was priced, such as internet, borrowing adapter, etc.. The hotel was pretty old, and looked old.. My expectations were higher than my actual stay.

Facilities were good. Rooms too small. The size of the rooms in the hotel negate the pluses of the location and other facilities. I would not consider this a four star hotel for that reason.

Location. I paid extra for club services Poor service! Total rip off. Excellent location for Kowloon, but room too small and hotel is looking tired. Club facilities very poor, breakfast and restaurant not good.

Location was good. Clean. I asked for a Queen bed and was given twins. Unhappy about this because when I asked for queen bed, they confirmed, yes. Good location and clean but rooms are very small.

The rooms are tiny, advertised as 4 star, 2/3 would be more accurate The rooms are so small that only one person could fit into it.
