Attention to detail and genuine and helpful hosts. They provided the most amazing breakfast - even salmon and bagel which I requested (on the menu you choose unlimited foods and there are extra boxes for 'suggestions.') We used it as a base for the the Gower. Rooms are all different. Personal touch.

Very friendly, helpful and homely. Lots of nice touches like dvd collection, recommended restaurants, A-Z in room.

The Hotel was not a hotel but a guest House the room was not up to standard and not value for money The whole experince was one of a let down No Four Poster Bed Location was a back street The room was tacty and not worth £90. I belived the location to be an hotel but on arrival a guest house But the owner was very helpful and tried his best.
