Fabulous hotel and brilliant priceWe only stayed for one night but made full use of the spa facilities which provided a lovely start to the weekend. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Excellent value for money!We would definitely choose to stay here again. The accommodation was modern and clean (although a little dusty, the furniture was dark wood which usually shows the dust). The bed was so comfortable! The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alan the night porter who couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast the following morning was good and the staff were efficient and polite.Highly recommend a stay here!Such good value.

This is a business hotel with first class facilities. For a weekend stay it was exceptional value for money.

Good value on the £55 night, not up to standard on the £95 nightBreakfast quite poor on first morning - eggs (scrambled & fried) were dried up, no vegetarian sausages available, very pork-intensive breakfast. 2nd morning - breakfast excellent. Customer service exemplary, and Linda (serving breakfast) was a real credit to the hotel.Room service food very good, tasty and well prepared and arrived promptly. Room very clean. Coffee / tea supplies hadn't been refreshed when we arrived, and it took 2 phone calls to reception on first day to remedy this... a very long wait of nearly 2 hours! Even though the room was booked for 2 people, only one hand towel and one bath towel were in bathroom... and we were not aware that there were any others in the room, as there was no information about this. Room, bed and bathroom facilities very good, and a well sound-proofed hotel. Excellent value on cheaper day, and not worth the money on the more expensive day. We would stay again, but only at the cheaper rate!

Reasonable at rate I paid. Good quality room, with modern en-suite.Bar food was okay, but a bit pricey for what I got, drinks expensive. Bar staff slow.
