Very well located, right next to the mail-box. The entrance/ reception area was very un-inspiring but the apartment was spacious and well-appointed, clean but not sparkling. Would be excellent for longer stays and families.

Only bad point is that the reception never had anyone in there - make sure you have the out of office hours contact number with you when you arrive or leave

The freezer had lots of croissants and muffins; however I would not have classed those as being sufficient to be described as a continental breakfast

Extremely modern and smart apartment, very well situated, a little hard to find as even the Taxi driver didnt know where the apartment was as you;d be forgiven for thinking it was an office block and down a very small road. Would stay here again and very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities.

I stayed in a superior room which was excellent. The hotel has a private, secure car park that is locked overnight (there is an additional charge of £5.00 per night but well worth the small extra charge) the food in the restaurant is very good and the service first class. The room was clean with good facilities, including a good range of toiletries and tea and coffee etc. It is a large gothic style hotel near to the city centre and offers very comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price,although the rack rate seems quite high (probably best to book via LateRooms! Overall recommended when visiting Birmingham.
