We arrived at this hotel to find a load of drunken youths outside leaning all over the walls with beer cans in hand. They were obviously the staddlers from the recent football match but, nevertheless, the hotel could have moved them away!We were then greeted by a receptionist who demanded photo ID. As businessmen we had no such ID available and she very nearly refused our booking. She was quite rude and very unwelcoming. On a positive, it was slightly cheaper than other hotels but we've had so much better through Laterooms, Not recommended unless you're a football hooligan!!!

Nice I love the hotel but I don't like the smell especially the hallway going to my room. The carpet is not vacuum properly. I am happy to go back but next time the carpet will be clean properly and no bad smell on the hallway or corridor. Next time they will use nice air freshener.

Room was fantastic, and within easy reach of Wembley stadium. One down side was the amount of noise from outside the hotel coming from a restuarant 100 yrds away. The noise went on until 2am.

Excellent location for Wembley stadium - only 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and well presented. Cooked breakfast was a bit cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Expensive but due to it being an event night.

I booked to stay again only to be shocked to be told that the cost of the room would double as it was the weekend of the FA Cup Final! Some increase I could have accepted - but double! Not the way to ensure repeat bookings!

Take That DateAs previous reviews, the receptionist was foreign, and very hard to talk with, our room was excellent, the room was v clean and tidy, especially as we turned up 12pm as the rooms became available, we parked in one of the hotels 10 or so spaces, £10.00 for 24 hour parking on event days, but that was ok as car parks near by are far more expensive, and the parking was pretty secure, very quite in the evenings, no noise at night, will deffinately stay here again, v good experiance.

Except for a strange idea of continental breakfast (two eggs fried to destruction and toast?) the hotel was excellent in all ways. Fab value for money - great to be able to park for only £5 per day and hotel decorated to a very high standard. The staff were great too! Have recommended to my colleagues and kept details to book for next visit to Wembly

Clean hotel, £60 for a double with breakfast. Make sure you order your full english when you arrive as you can't order it on the day !! Very handy for Wembley Stadium (about 15 minutes walk). Play Up Pompey !

The location of the hotel was superb in terms of visiting the wembley complex facilities. We could even view the arch at Wembley stadium from the bedroom window! Our only concern, albeit an important one, was that we could not access any hot water at all during our stay. We were not the only guests to experience this problem.

Room was tastefully decorated, clean and had a lovely bed. Fortunately I brought earplugs but other travellers may find it a littlenoisy, as it's right next to Wembley Central tube station. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Only slightly negative comment is that rooms weren't clearly signposted, therefore mine was a little difficult to find and older travellers or those with children may find it awkward to carry heavy luggage. All in all, an excellent Bed and Breakfast. Recommended!

Overall excellent value for money and I would stay here again - the only one criticism I would have is that breakfast was served between 9am-10am; too late for most I would suggest

marathon weekendAlthough this hotel was clean the rooms were very sparse and old fashoined, no wardrobes in rooms and the beds were very high off the floor, the kettles were no where near plug points and there were no bedside tables or reading lights. The breakfast was terrible with barely toasted bread, stewed tea and coffee, for continental and only 2 choices of cereal, and although we ordered one full english breakfast we just received 2 fried eggs each and on checking out all we received was an apology even though we had paid £5 extra. It gives on site parking, which consists of a drive way no real parking and we paid £10 for the night which only lasted to check out at 11 and we then were asked to pay a further £5 to leave for the day, part the reason for booking this hotel was to have parking so that we could get the tube into london for the marathon. we also discovered when we arrived that the underground was closed and had to go by bus to the next station.

Hotel is very convenient for Wembley Stadium and within very easy walking distance of tubeFor convenience the location of the hotel is great and an easy walk from both Wembley Central & Wembley Stadium tube. The hotel is basic & clean but the furnishing leaves a bit to be desired with curtains hanging by a prayer. It is also an old building and the room we had was on the top floor which was stuffy & very hot with no fan supplied. Opening the only window made no difference and as the room was directly on to the street it was noisy during the night. The continental breakfast included was a choice of two cerials and two fried eggs with toast. That said it is clean and convenient if you are not too fussy about the surroundings.

1 Visitors new to this area may not be aware there are two wembly underground exits. 2 Not realy suitabe for people with a disability,/elderly (beds and showers too high). Informed all rooms the same.3 No nets /blinds on lower ground windows ,limited privacy.4 Reasonable food badly cooked.convenience to arena and underground main advantage

The hotel is furnished and decorated to a higher level than you would expect for this price range. The receptionist was very helpful BUT this Hotel has a wierd policy of refusing customers to stay unless you show your passport or drivers licence. Im told this requirement is located in the small print. The building works that are adjacent to the hotel & start early in the morning, might not last forever but the proximity of the rail station will cause some concern if you are not used to the noise.

Not too bad compared to most 2 star hotels we have stayed in. The only real thing we would say that is if you want to stay in a respectable area, forget about going to this hotel. The first thing the receptionist told us when we arrived late evening was that it is an unsafe area and that no one should walk the streets late at night!! Parking is appalling , we would recommend taking a small car as you may find yourself having to reverse around some very tight bends just to park! checking in was a bit of a challenge, we had asked for a double room but were given the key to a single room! Continental breakfast ok but nothing like what you will get in a Chain hotel

This hotel was adequate for the purpose of my visit. However, i had to ask for my cup to be washed and hospitality tray to be replenished, more than once. Breakfast is from 9.00 am when most people have gone to work. Car parking is a joke. I was there 4 nights. The receptionist Dorata was very nice. No mirror in the bedroom to do hair.

As you walked in the hotel it smelt very damp and musky. We should of had breakfast but it finished at 10.00 which we felt was very eary for a weekend day(Sunday). We had to be out our room by 11.00- we had no problem with. We packed up and arrived down for breakfast at 10.30. Thats when we were told breakfast finished at 10.00.

For £40 per night you get what you pay for, I only stayed there as I was going to watch the Mighty Gills the following day.The room was basic no wardrobe just 2 hangers, the bed was comfy and the en suite was adequate, it was noisy as I overlooked Wembley Central and from about 05.30 the trains and announcements started, but the location was good only 15 mins walk from the stadium and there was a Wetherspoons 5 mins away so cheap beer and food. All in all I got my £40 worth.

Only there for a very short time, so unfair to comment really. Almost unbelievably low tariff for a London hotel, excellent for a stay in the capital, but not easy to get to Heathrow by public transport - I wouldn't recommend it for an over night stay before a morning flight out!

I stayed on the top floor. The hot water pressure was terrible - I had a cold shower twice as nothing come out when I turned the hot on! Room was quiete spacious and bed was very comfy. Hotel had no facilities such as restaurant or the ability to organise airport transfers. It was also a 30+ min tube ride from London central but a 2 minute walk from Wembley Central. Hotel staff was very nice but lacked the inability to fix my TV when it didn't work (not the thing that you want during Wimbledon). Good hotel for 60 pound if your stuck, else find another place.

Wmbley HotelGood location for Stadium, good value and clean. Room for improvement on service and breakfast. I paid £5 per day parking for three days and was then blocked in on final day. They then charged me an extra £5. Receptionist was pleasant but could not understand the situation due to poor spoken English, I just paid and left and put it down to experience.

You could hear the ping of the microwave from the Kitchen which in itself was offputting. Incredibly the Baked Beans were not pipping hot despite this process. The eggs were \"Crucifried\" rather than Friday. Certainly not worth the additional £5.oo extra for the cooked breakfast.

Hotel was for the NFL game at Wembley - hotel was excellent for access to both Wembley and local services - restaurants etc.Full english breakfast was included in the price because an event was on and was really good.Room was adequate, bed comfortable with ensuite facilities - bathroom could have done with deep clean!Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel called couple days before to see if we needed parking facilities which was a nice touch.

Wembley Hotel July 09There was no electric shaver point in the bathroom. The staff did lend me a 3 pin to 2 pin plug though, but plugs not near a mirror. The main light had no lampshade. There were 3 silverfish (insects) in the bathroom (now dead). Very hot weather and only a window with a small gap on my groundfloor room to open (would have hoped for air conditioning). Bed comfortable. Easy to get to from the underground. Continental breakfast was not quite what I was expecting, including 2 fried eggs.

Hotel WembleyMyself & my husband were very happy with the customer service, we payed £130 for the room including full english breakfast. Our room's main lights in the bedroom & bathroom didn't work so the only light we had was a lamp, also we only had a sheet and a small brown fleece blanket so I was very cold in the evening..the breakfast consisted of 1 sausage, 1 slice of bacon, beans 2 eggs and 2 potatoe crochets!!!!! I would have like more for my money!!!! I would stay again if it was more for our money.

I was not happy giving the hotel a copy of my photo ID as it is opens a huge risk of stolen identity but they insisted. I even asked the receptionist how long they keep it for and she said forever, which is obviously against data protection regulation. The tv remote didnt work and the volume buttons were stuck in, so you couldnt turn it down. We asked to replace batteries twice and then got a replacement tv which you could change the volume but not the channel, so it only had one channel. Apart from this the hotel was clean and well decorated. The shower was pitiful, no water pressure at all. Breakfast was interesting, continental consisted of toast, cereal and swiss roll, with a cooked option of two fried eggs and two slices of cheese.

Generally impression is good if you take into account the fact that I booked few days before arrival and that the hotel is fairly cheap. Service was friendly except for the last day when I was urged (in a polite and indirect way) to check out by exactly 11:00. That wouldn't be odd if only I could check in exactly at 12:00 upon arrival (had to wait 20 minutes or so...). I think that value for money for short stay is quite high. Major drawbacks are distance to the city centre, proximity of Wembley Cetral station (little noisy) and the fact that some rooms do have shabby view from windows...

This hotel is a little gem in London. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Rooms are tastefully furnished. Only negative comment: The receptionist threw a copy of my i.d. into the bin, WITHOUT SHREDDING IT! After informing her that this was exactly how identity fraud could be committed, she apologised and ripped it up. I love this hotel but beware when giving in your i.d. Remember to inform the staff to dispose of it properly! Apart from this, would definitely stay again.

Value for MoneyIdeally situated for both Wembley Stadium (approx 10 mins walk) & centre of London (tube station a few minutes away). Room was small but clean & very good value for money - very hot in room - radiator would not turn off. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was ok - cereals, toast, 2 fried eggs, fruit juice & tea/coffee. Would definately use again.
