Location and price. Lobby was cold stark feeling. Rooms were very nice. Great business hotel. Bell Captain very helpful and courteous. verall great experience.

Excellent service at the Valet. I really liked the overall service! Overall, the only problem was I needed shuttle service to a neighboring hotel. They did not offer that. I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience I had at the Westin O'Hare. I would love to stay there again soon!

Nothing would never recommend or stay there again. Everything, rude, not 4 star room or service. Would not stay again or ever recommend. Rude staff, noisy room, felt cheated and treated poorly. Would not give us any paperwork.

Free access to gym--great coffee in room. No heated pool maintenance interfered with use. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the only negative thing was that the pool was not heated & the pool cleaning should have been done at a time that would not interfere with guest use.

N/A I did not like to pay for the parking lot usage in this hotel, should be free for guests staying in. Very nice rooms, excellent bed and showers, I even bought a double shower from them since it was so good and I am thinking about buying some pillows and blankets as they were so comfortable.

The experience completely exceeded my expectations of a hotel. The location was rather ridiculous. Food was insanely expensive to dine in, and the area did not have any real healthy food. On arrival, the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It was highly luxurious, and the room was spacious. The room was slightly, "yellow" in ambiance, but definitely comfortable. However, to park my car in their lot (which was mostly empty). This was something I did not really agree with, seeing that I am already paying for a room. Food was very expensive, with the average main course costing $44. I had to have dinner at McDonalds, and lunch at Quiznos for my entire stay there.

It was a beautiful hotel. Parking was $18 / night. This hotel was very nice. I recommend parking somewhere else. You can park for up to 18 hours at the CTA station just a few blocks south of the hotel for a much cheaper rate.

The chambermaid was nice. The $18 for parking and $18 for telecom per day. This is not a good place to stay. The add on charges are excessive. Parking was $18/day (in the suburbs!) which the hotel charged to my card without prior approval or notice of the fee. Telecom (c&ph) also was $18/day. They even tack surcharges of 25% onto the mini bar. (By the way, the in room fridge was actually a vend mat not usable as a refrigerator). The location is awful. Being underneath a major highway interchange made vehicle access a nightmare expects to get lost. There are no restaurants or grocers nearby, and it took several tries to find someplace that would deliver. If you're using public transit only, this hotel is okay for one night. But if you're a professional traveler, avoid it like the plague.

Big screen PDP TV. Do not provide free internet access. I don't think the room was enough good to have 4-star rate. Everything was just normal in the room.

The staff goes out of their way to see you as a satisfied customer. There was a long line waiting to check in and a visible clerk doing nothing. I was quite pleased with how we were treated. All the staff we encountered was pleasant and tried to assist in any helpful way. We were staying at this hotel because of an early flight out of O¿Hare in the morning. The receptionist noticed the two children and offered them hats that said "west in kids club". Funny that they got this in Chicago, but not at the west in when the arrived in Hollywood, Florida.

Highly recommend - had our newborn - they offered us so much and more to help with that. Room service food was good. Staff were just excellent - really going out of their way with things even we didn't think of! Room was huge and fab.

The hotel staff was very helpful. I had to have a dress hemmed and they found a vendor to complete the very same day. My only comment is that the pool was out one of the days we were there and my daughter was looking forward to swimming. All in all a very positive experience with great customer service professionals

Convenience and the heavenly bed. Housekeeping woke us up, room wasn't clean, coffee wasnot supplied. Overall, the hotel is fine. It's definitely not one of the nicer Westins I've stayed in. My husband and I did an overnight getaway from 15 month old twins and were very disappointed when housekeeping started banging on our door at 8:00 am. In addition, the surfaces weren't clean and the special Starbucks in room wasn't supplied and not stocked. I will definitely stay again for business and pleasure outings!

Hotel staff very accommodating....I checked in early (room was available). Room was very well appointed...very comfortable bed. Hotel was extremely well kept. Location is 2 blocks (walking distance) from he Rosemont Station (train "EL") Shuttle service to airport very useful.....every 20mins.

The show had hot water. The staff does not belong in the hospitality business. Understaffed, under trained; the Westin OHare is sadly underwhelming; this property is not indicative of Westin's usually superior quality.

Welcoming, friendly. High price of parking even though the majority of parking spaces remained unoccupied. Great hotel. Great staff. I'm just not sure why those who stay at the hotel have to pay such a high price for parking. I understand the hotel's need to deter people from parking there who may be flying in and out of O'Hare. But if you're staying at the hotel it seems there should be at least a lower rate. It makes you feel a little taken advantage of...

Location. Small bar areas - very crowded. A nice enough hotel, but nothing special when it came to staff or attractiveness. Not really 4 stars in my mind. Very crowded with what appears to be regular convention attendees at the hotel. No room to breathe (or to have any kind of relaxing drink or meal) in either of the two bars. Pay for internet at the bigger hotel chains always frustrates me.

The hotel was convenient to the El train into the city and the beds were very comfortable. The AC never really worked even on the lowest setting, it was still warm.

It was very pretty. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. You have to pay for everything in the hotel - no free internet in the rooms, parking, etc.

The size of the hotel was massive. The hotel restaurant/bar closed early. I really enjoyed the space of the rooms. They allowed me to check in at noon with no extra charge. The gym is decent with treadmills, elliptical, and weight training equipment. It is really close and easy to get to and from O¿Hare. The staff was extremely accommodating.
