I liked the location of this hotel, which was close to the convention center but also close to Rittenhouse square with its many dining options. Lots of hidden fees for room service and they do not have free wireless. Very nice hotel in a convenient and pleasant location. I didn't like the fact that they charged for wireless and the hidden fees associated with some services.

Location was good. Lobby was very impersonal. Had to take two elevators to get outside. Hotel location excellent. Parking very expensive.I would expect more amenities at the hotel.

Mini bar was nice. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Shower floor was very dirty. Only one robe. Daily charge for parking. Overall, the hotel was very very nice. I almost felt bad messing up the heavenly bed. The staff was more than helpful with anything we needed. The only things we were disappointed in the daily charge for parking, the dirty shower floor and the 19% automatic gratuity for room service.

The Westin Philadelphia offered pleasant staff, good security, and a nice room. The best part had to be the comfortable bed and bedding, which enabled us to sleep blissfully each of the three nights we stayed. The room temperature, digitally controlled, had to be the best of any hotel we've ever stayed in; changes were automatic, and we never felt stuffy or dry. The location of the hotel was great, too, as the trolley stops nearby and there's loads of shopping/restaurants within a short walk.

The scent when you entered the main lobby was very relaxing and comforting. That we ahd to pay for internet connections and the price of international calls was too expensive.

The room was spacious and very clean. The parking rate was very expensive but expected in the center of the city. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The first time ever, our room was not attended to; however, we were sent clean towels and two complimentary breakfast coupons. The Weston in Central Philly has a perfect location to almost anything of interest. The rooms are clean, elegant, and spacious. The lobby area projects a calmness threaded with panache. One could actually take up residence there because you have all the comforts of home and more.

I bed were so comfortable! You had to take an elevator to get to the lobby, but all the hotels downtown are like that. This hotel is very Ritz but not uptothe point. It was a very pleasant hotel, with beautiful views of downtown. Plush beds & very clean. The shower even had double heads. I very much enjoyed my stay there.

The beds were incredibly comfortable! They did not have any rooms left with 2 double beds, despite my request, so our friends were forced to shack up! The hotel was beautiful - the only complaint was that there were no more rooms available with double beds, so our friends were forced to sleep together in a king bed. Besides that, the rooms were lovely and the location was great!

Very friendly staff, made the stay a real pleasure. The hotel has very comfortable rooms and a modern fitness center. It is located very close to shopping, dining and the historic area of the city.

Great location. Expensive parking. Upscale hotel in a great location connected to liberty place. Parking is expensive about $30 a day. Rooms are nicely decorated. Since it is connected to liberty place, the lobby is on the 2nd floor, which is a little strange and not easy to get too.

Excellent hotel staff, some of the best I've ever had. The entrance to the hotel through the mall is a bit out of the way. Excellent staff, I've never had better service, and genuine (they must treat their staff very well, they all seemed so happy.) Excellent dining, great waffles. Rooms were very good, bed excellent. Room space is a little smaller than I had hoped but still very good.

Very clean and great staff. Location had me face to face with many pan handlers. No complaints with the hotel or facility. The city of Philadelphia needs to clean up its act and get the pan handlers off the street.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great stay for a decent price. I would highly recommend it and stay again. The only down side is the cost for parking. Within walking distance to everything.

terrific location and usual westin luxury and excellent service but room had an audible and constant humming noise which was pretty annoying. it's the type of noise sometimes due due to electrical or heating and a/c systems. the manager was really helpful offering other rooms which unfortunately also had the same noise problem. when that didn't work, he went out and bought some earplugs and so we slept great! now that's service! but seriously, if you are at all sensitive to background noise, bring earplugs if staying at the westin philadelphia!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Check-in was quick and staff were very accomodating, considering that my online reservation was not on file upon my arrival. I was advised by hotel staff that this does occur if you make hotel reservation less than a few hours prior to check-in. Spacious and comfortable lobby and bar area. Room was nicely furnished with comfortable King bed. Cabs were easily accessible outside hotel entrance. I booked this at a great Weekend Winter Rate of $ for the night. Can't beat that for this level of hotel! I plan on returning again soon.

The bed. The hotel is only as good as the people staffing it. The people ruined the Westin experience. The rooms were fine. Service beyond terrible.

Excellent service. Two elevators to room. Front desk service was excellent as we were allowed to check in early at 12:30. Room location was great, not too far from the elevator. Lobby area was comfortable. It appears to be a great location for a business conference. Entrance to hotel is on 17 St no Market. Plash bus stops across the street from the hotel. Trolley-style bus stops at 20 tourist locations in the city. An all-day pass is $5. Enjoyable time at the Westin.

The outstanding front desk manager and his staff. Homeless people were outside at night. Outstanding Westin hotel in great location for shopping, dining and business. Wonderful staff with great cheerful attitudes. Bed was a dream with pillow top and luxury linens. Bathroom was heaven itself with much marble, beautiful towels and toiletries. Great experience !

Bed was comfortable. Shower hot and twin shower head strong. Staff at font desk upon check in (3 gentlemen) not accommodating regarding request for higher floor and or street view. Received lowest floor, back view. My impression was that the management and staff (with a few exceptions) were more focused on practicing fast-talking negotiations instead of courteous service to their guests. It is all about attitude although some specific behaviors can be offered such as falsely implying the 4th floor was not the lowest floor when in fact it is, indicating no other rooms were available other than the 4th floor room with an unattractive rear view which was also false, no caffeinated coffee (shipment is late), uneven room service (had to request soaps or shampoos on various days), and the internet service was not included ($13 daily charge). Most disappointing was the front desk gentlemen upon check-in whose fast-talking wheeling and dealing style was very unprofessional. This set an unpleasant tone for my stay. I would not stay here again.

Attractively decorated rooms. All extras were too expensive, internet access, parking. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Disappointed that internet service was $14 per day and parking was $32 per day.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was very central. The location was centrally located and the staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and well.
