The staff at the Thistle Marble Arch bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They made our stay in London a delight, since the suite was well decorated, the bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries, and the staff more than happy to help us with our luggage. I will definitely go backto this hotel when I go back to London, if at all possible.

Excellent for an overnight stay if you want to be in Oxford Street or there abouts. The room was bigger than I expected for central London in this price range and looked reasonably recently refurbished - unlike many London hotels!! Bathroom and towels - all excellent. The bar was pleasant and quiet. Didnt do breakfast so cant comment although did see a big queue for the buffet. The NCP car park was right beside the hotel and there was a 20% reduction on the published 24 hour rate - I paid around £25 for 24hrs parking - again - not bad for London.

Ended up paying extra to upgrade just so I could get a double rather than twin room which was a shame. Laterooms only requested but didn't actually book the double I was hoping for.Shame also the escalator wasn't working on entrance to the hotel - lots of steps although there is a porter to help with luggage.Overall a very nice hotel though. Gives exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel of this size and quality.

ideal for sight seeing/general base for central London. Reception booked us in to our room a few hours early without issue and gave us a room at the back as requested. Room was clean and sheets were fresh. If I was ultra picky I would say that softer pillows and more tea/coffee in room would be good. Would not want to pay full price for this room.

I had a great stay and was offered an up grade for an extra £50.00, which included breakfast, which are normally £15.00 each and an open bar on the second floor.The best Hotel in London 3 members of Staff made my stay not just good but great and went beyond the call of duty with helping my friend and me.Hannah: - works on the bottom Bar Stefan: - Works on the ReceptionAnd a lady with the last name Palmer (she doesn’t spell it that way tho!) I didn’t catch her first name cause we was talking so much..(

This is a typical english hotel. Carpets all over the place, old fashioned furnitures and facilities, old type of bath rooms: Especially bad is the shower, done for dwarfs only.Good breakfast and buffet. Extremely expensive night rates, in any other country will be a 3 stars maximum

We only ate breakfast in the hotel, it was a self service buffet for both hot and cold breakfasts, and while the staff where very helpful and food was plentiful, we found that the cooked breakfast had suffered from being prepared in advance and left under the heat lamps to dry out.

Hotel lived up to expectations: I requested a quiet room and that's what I received . I had a standard room and this was well equipped and spacious.Reception was welcoming at check in and check out stages.

This hotel is a nice one especially because of its location. Really close from Marbel Arch and Oxford street (famous for its shops) I do recommand this hotel for both business travel and weekend stays.

A very poor showing for a 4 star hotel. 1) denied knowledge of booking on arrival. 2)Unable to provide double room (as booked). 3)Terrible room service > 45 minutes and food cold on arrival. 5)Queue for breakfast > 30 minutes for table. I will not stay there again and would recommend no-one else does.
