Superb spacious apartmentVery comfortable and finished to a high standard. Its in a very central location (next door to Prada) and is no more than 5 minutes walk to the main attractions. We found the quality of food on sale nearby too good, and as a result we ate in all three nights, on the terrace. The terrace is also an area of tranquility in a busy city. For those with children the ability to sleep in seperate rooms is a real bonus. We highly recommend the Suites

Great hotel: spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. Walking ditance to anything in Florence and very great receptionist, [...], who helped us out so much during out stay (including actually finding the hotel). The only problem was Orbitz provided us the wrong address. We ended up at the corporate mail drop of the hotel and spent a few hours before locating the actual hotel. That coupled with lugging around 4 huge pieces of luggage and after a long morning of train travel made it a huge headache. Orbitz- please fix the address situation!
