Luxury family run hotel situated just minutes off the M4 motorway and yet only 10 minutes away from Swansea City Centre and 20 minutes from the beautiful Gower coastline. All 70 bedrooms are en-suite and fully air-conditioned and complete with Sky TV including sports pacakges. Our award winning Victorian Tower houses three beautiful, individaully designed suites ideal for a romatic getaway or a special occasion. Our annex houses the fantastic leisure facilities, which comes complete with an indoor infinty pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and fully equipped gymnasium. Also situated in the annex is the new european inspired Spa which offers a vast range of treatments and spa packages for both residents and day guests, providing a true Spa experience. Please be advised of conditions of use for leisure facilities. Children are not allowed to use the leisure facilities, including the pool area, between the hours of 11am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday, due to Spa packages and treatments taking place between these hours. However, the hotel does operate a flexible policy on this, dependent upon if packages and treatments have been booked by other clientsguests. Please request further details at reception when booking or when checking in. On the top floor is the Chill-out-lounge, where Spa lunches and drinks can be taken at leisure. Our conservatory restaurant is open seven days a week, and offers a wide choice of traditional welsh fayre along with European dishes. For our business guests, we have a variety of conference and meeting rooms, fully equipped with the latest technology.

We had a lovely stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and spa facilities were lovely and the breakfasts were very nice. We'd stay here again.

Lovely hotel with very reasonable Sunday rateHotel in nice setting, got late booking rate of £50/night. Really nice spacious rooms although not superior and excellent choice of Sky channels. Rather than a few Freeview channels had full Sky menu (minus movies,sports package)Lovely breakfast and good facilities

I have stayed here several times while visiting a relative and it is a good hotel, with modern large rooms and excellent leisure facilities (which I do not usually have time to use). Its location is bleak but very convenient for the M4, and quiet. The only complaint I have is with the loudish music in the restaurant and the TV news being on over breakfast, which I find intrusive. I had dinner there for the first time this trip and it was excellent, but the main course at lunch the following day was not so carefully prepared or presented. Staff are cheerful, down-to-earth. friendly and helpful. It is excellent value for money.

Great nights stay although there was a couple of things id like to mentionLovely room, great food etc.Although online when booking i was asked '' approx time of arrival'' - which then we was given a drop down list of times.. which is where i selected 2.00pm. However when we arrived to check in at 2.30pm we was advised that our room wasn't ready yet... which is when i had to ask as i wasn't informed how long it would be before the room was ready - i was informed it would be about half and hour?... so i mentioned to the lady on the reception we told you our expected time of arrival was 2pm and we are late checking in and our room isn't ready? to which the lady replied well it states on our website that check in isn't u till 3pm.- which is fine.. although why give customer the option to check in before 3pm on the drop down list on your website???Also when checking in we was asked what time we would like to dine for our evening meal - which we booked for 8.00pmWhen we arrived at the resturant at 8.00pm - the lady behind the bar asked us to walk round the other side of the bar to wait as '' we arent quite ready for you yet '' - although the resturant had pleanty of free tables... we waiting until 8.10pm - which is when i went back up to the bar and asked how long it would be as we booked for 8.00pm - i was advised '' just a minute and ill bring you through ''- I understand you need times to make sure the tables are set.. but if we arrived at the booked time and the table wasn't ready surely we would just be seated and the setting of the table would of taken place whilst we was seated in the resturant? - insted of walking in and out of the resturant room?The spa and pool was very nice - although we wasn't able to go into the steam room as it wasn't working.When checking out we was charged for the meals which was included in our package deal? so we shouldn't of been paying for them anyway? - we we had to take of the bill..I don't like to complain but this was my last we

We booked a standard room which was lovely, and a v good price through laterooms. Hotel is in excellent location for Swansea and the Gower coast. Quiet, even though it is just minutes from the M4. Food at breakfast was good but most (though not all) of the staff were indifferent.

Bargain Sunday Night DealThere are often excellent deals with this hotel for entertainment inc dinner, bed & breakfast. There was no entertainment the night we stayed, apart from the extremely unruly and loud wedding guests staying there, and we paid £70 DBB. This included use of the spa. This is far too small and has no showers by the pool so people come out of the sauna straight into the pool or jacuzzi (not hygenic) and there was no water available. There is a chill out room upstairs in the spa with free tea/coffee. Nice touch. The deal we had included a set evening menu but we were given the main menu and assured we could order from that. We checked and had been given the wrong menu. That said, the set menu was very good and food was lovely. Staff who greeted us were not v helpful but staff at breakfast were very nice and again food was fab.

Nice hotel , clean , will come backnice hotel, approx 5 miles from swansea going from M4.. well signposted to take you there. nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. did not use any treatments. the room we got had a glass door leading to yard which had some tables and chairs.. so was very nice.. breakfast was the best i have had for a while. a wide selection...

Great HotelLovely clean well looked after hotel, gorgous 24hour bar and the food was very tastey.Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and is only a short drive to Swansea centre and Mumbles.

Go out for an evening mealThe room and hotel facilities were of a high standard. Sadly the Towers Hotel let itself down very badly in the restaurant; we were not booked in for a meal, as the staff on the desk said we would be, and the food was, given that the Towers aspires to be a hotel of some distinction, absolutely awful. The green lipped mussels were like rubber, which is perhaps why they were served with a knife and fork. The slow roast lamb appeared to have been recently re-heated and was little short of ghastly, The cheese board was, at best, unimaginative. The wine sneaked in at a fearsome 14%, perhaps to disguise the shortcomings of the meal itself. The breakfast the following morning was fine.

excellent apart from food ,had celtic pride steak which was very poor with what must have been left over breakfast mushrooms and tinned peas .spoiled what was a great room
