Our room smelled like stinky old shrimp left out in the heat for a week. Staff counldn't get rid of odor.

This hotel offered the service and amenities I was looking for! Needed a larger exercise room. This hotel staff, appearance, and overall quality was amazing. The hot breakfast was an added benefit as well as the fully stocked kitchenette area. The staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful with directions and general questions. A+ hotel!

We confirmed a 2BR suite; they let people extend their stay and gave away our room. We got a studio suite (6 people) supposedly for the cheapest rate he could give us. They put 2 other bills in our door the last day of our stay and the other people had lower rates. My sister was charged twice on her CC at two different rates. It was a horrible experience
